Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; surrounded by greenery; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the heart of a hiking area. Large lawn, terrace with views (pergola), fire pit/grill. The house includes a privat 2-room apartment with a separate entrance, not for rent. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD vehicle is required in snowy conditions! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to my severe allergies.

See, Sportanlage mit Hallenbad und Naherholungsgebiet liegen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Studio eignet sich auch für mehrwöchige Wochenaufenthalte.
