Absolutely beautiful!! Perfect location with a ton of things to do. Tom and Chloe were incredible!! So very helpful and responsive. I felt so very much at home that I didn’t want to leave! I will definitely be staying here again when I visit the next time. Do not pass this place up!! You will not be disappointed!!

Lovely quaint little place. Very spacious inside and modern decor. Lots of kitchen equipment to use and very clean. Hot tub was lovely, the only downfall with it was that the jet was spraying everywhere but I think that's due to low water level. Bedrooms were beautifully presented. Was very to easy to find, in a beautiful little village setting. Very straight forward instructions to getting in the place also. Opposite is a convenience store, with lovely stuff in. We got a little post office ornament to remind us of our stay. Thanks again.

This property was absolutely perfect for us. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Homely without being cluttered. Everything works pefectly. Garden is sunny and private. Everything we could have hoped for.

What an incredible place!! There was lots of really interesting information available about the location - the only national reserve where you can stay the night! The hut was very cosy, and the fireplace kept us very warm. It was quite easy to use the kitchen, just keep your meals simple. We were treated kindly and inclusively. I would recommend this to anyone!

Scott was a responsive and friendly host and communication was very easy. The accommodation was in a great location, close to shops, pubs and a park. It was clean and had everything you need. Would definitely recommend.

Sara's house was immaculate and beautifully furnished. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the bathroom very clean. It was a convenient location for us to stay while visiting my daughter at the university, just 5 minutes drive from the centre of Southend. There are shops and cafes etc just around the corner too. The only thing I hadn't realised was the fact the bathroom is downstairs just off the kitchen which wasn't ideal for my mum doing midnight trips to the loo! But we managed. We also hadn't realised about the security payment but that's my own fault for not reading the House Rules on the advert. Sara was very communicative and helpful around this. All in all, a highly recommended house.

Stay was Good, But Need to improve some things Mainly Guest supply’s.The Tv needs to change I think have some issues. Also Bathroom shower head was leaking wasting water .One of the chair leg was broken.WC cover lid was loose not comfortable while using.

We stayed two nights in this beautiful Georgian garden flat and felt very at home. Antony is super friendly and sent a detailed welcome pack ahead of time including tips for things to see and food recommendations. The kitchen was well equipped (we like to cook for ourselves) and generously provided lots of bits and bobs including milk (soya as well as regular), bread and juice. The garden front and back is very pretty and lovely to sit out in. The wifi was powerful enough to watch shows on our phones, although it was nice to read/play games and not just sit in front of a screen. Absolutely recommend staying here if you want to explore Sheppey (particularly if you want to visit Elmley reserve but stay somewhere homely and cheaper!).

It was the perfect home away from home! Everything was super straightforward and accessible including shops, parks/open spaces, check in, parking etc. The home was beautifully decorated, clean and tidy. Not a bad word to say about my visit and if I’m ever in the area again I would definitely stay again :)
