Amazing, serene and beautiful place set among a stunning magical garden. Absolutely love the remoteness, felt so private. The house was very well-equipped with everything required for cooking etc, lovely space and I’d love to come back in future.

A cute old barn perfect for a couple. Well kept and tidy. The bikes were a great added extra to ride around beautiful Ross. So much history in this quaint little town.

We loved our 2 night stay! The location was extremely quiet, perfect sized studio with a beautiful hot tub outside. Was only 12 minutes from Beaconsfield which was great to do our grocery shop and things to do, close to Beauty Point. Accommodation had everything we needed

We loved staying at Melinda and Liz’s cottage. It was well equipped and very cosy with an easy to use wood stove. The cottage is very private and has a beautiful setting amongst paddocks and mature forest. On our walks on the property we spotted two wombats, deer and numerous wallabies.

Sweetcorn cottage was perfect for us. Beautifully done in rustic, raw timber. Four adults and two children, 3yo and 5 yo, who loved the cottage. Cute and close to Longford. Would be lovely to stay for two nights to relish the property properly. Everything was as said. A priority for us was to be able to take our dog. She is fine on lead which is an essential requirement. She and the grandchildren had never seen sheep, cows (well, a big black gentle bull) or horses and were scared of the delightful pig. The children were able to feed and pat the animals so it was a lovely bonus as we were visiting family in Longford.

Thank you, Betul and Defne-we had a beautiful stay at your home. Very comfortable with some lovely touches, directly across the road from a terrific, centrally located park and a few mins away from the very special Saturday produce market.

Nice little place to stay. Not far from services. Close to the beach which is awesome. Pet friendly was fantastic. Nice and clean. Would recommend putting internet on for people that want to watch movies as not everyone knows how to Hot Spot on their phone. Otherwise this place was very nice, well presented.

It is a cute cottage in a prime location. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and close to shops 😊 We enjoyed our stay. Everything listed was provided and in excellent condition. Ben and Camille are good hosts, very responsive and attentive to their guests. Thank you for hosting us guys ☺️

just the little haven we needed after a few remote days in the wilderness. in a beautiful part of Underwood with fruit trees and pademelons around! everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. a fire stove with wood already provided to keep us warm. great hot showers mindful of rainwater usage. thank you for the stay.

Quaint and quirky little cottage with the most amazing views. Sitting on the deck in the sun was a treat. Close to wineries, attractions and a short drive into Launceston. We’d definitely stay again.

It was a privilege to be a guest at Brickendon - a World Heritage Listed Property and family farm. Pumpkin cottage was perfect. Set a little way from the main heritage farm buildings and very quiet and peaceful. Waking up to the sound of the farm animals was wonderful. Thank you Louise for making our stay very comfortable and to Genevieve for all your help and allowing us to feed the animals. We will definitely be back for another stay.

We had a bit of trouble with the electronic lock, but Julia was pretty quick to respond and sorted the problem quickly. The front bedrooms were a tiny bit noisy once the trucks started going past in the morning, but I suspect the back bedroom would be peaceful. We loved the dartboard. The kitchen was spotless with loads of cutlery and crockery. The location was perfect for our purposes. Great stay, thank you.

Full of charm and character for a winter escape. The fireplace and heaters in each room worked a treat for our 3 night stay. Good base to head out on day trips to explore Launceston’s surrounds.

We had a delightful stay at Marg and Ian's property. The autumn colours of the garden were spectacular and Marg and Ian were very friendly and happy to answer any questions. The house was comfortable and stayed at a lovely 20° the whole time, giving us a great experience of a sustainable passive house. Close to town (must try Love Lucy Boots for coffee!) and easily accessible to Launceston and national parks for hiking. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Nicky and Rob’s haven is beautiful. Nicky met us on arrival and explained how we could explore the River walk, which we did. It’s a very clean and peaceful space to be. Nicky had provided some yummy snacks for us and she even left us a card and 2 chocolate love hearts as it was our anniversary. Breakfast was provided and was delicious. This is a 5 star Airbnb. Nicky is delightful (we didn’t get to meet Rob) and we were totally impressed!

We had a wonderful stay at leatherwood with my mother and two daughters - no one wanted to leave. The house is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, we arrived to fresh bread, milk, butter and yoghurts for the morning. The location is perfect and just a short walk into Sheffield, and then very drivable to all the local towns and attractions we wanted to visit. We arrived late at night and Chris thoughtfully left lights and heaters on for us. Would recommend to friends and stay again!

Mountain Blue was terrific. We were greeted by Maria and Brent who had the fire going so the place was warm when we arrived. The home was immaculately clean and all the details had been thought of. Including milk and other yummy snacks in the kitchen. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to make a meal. There were a couple of nights where it was quite cold so we opted to stay in with a hot bowl of soup by the fire. The beds were comfy and had good quality Sheridan linen, and it's in a very quiet and idyllic location, which made for a great night's sleep. Overall a great stay which set us up for our first and very memorable trip to Tassie.

This cottage surprised us from the moment we walk through the pink front door to an exquisitely decorated interior that is fresh and bright and gave us the WOW factor. A fully stocked kitchen and all the appliances one would need for a stay over. Comfortable inside and outside spaces which was match by quality furniture. The location allowed only a short walk to all the key places within the city centre and other key areas with quality restaurants or cafes close by. Highly recommend the Good Soul Cottage and we loved reading and viewing the story of its past and how it was brought back to life by two passionate owners.

We had the pleasure of spending a night at Stephanie’s place recently and wished we could have stayed longer! The things that stood out were the candles lit upon arrival, leaving the place smelling so lovely and the music playing.. everything was considered. Coffee, tea, everything you need to prepare basic meals, fresh juice in the fridge, sparkling waters and Stephanie even left us a gluten free Easter gift! The bed was so comfortable, the space was clean and it even rained the whole time, so we didn’t make use of the outdoor bath but felt the place was perfect even without it! Thank you Stephanie. We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Leighton cottage. Home away from home with everything you could want and more. Although evendale is a cold place the heat pump warmed the place up nicely and there were extra blankets and heaters to keep us toasty. The horses on the ranch added some extra fun as we would often go and give them pats and cuddles. It is a running business so people are coming and going but they were quiet and respectful as we were guests. Highly recommend Leighton cottage!
