You will have use of a washer and dryer, WiFi, a full kitchen, and can park your vehicle under a covered carport. There is a fenced backyard with outdoor seating and grill. The house is located within walking distance from Harding University. No tobacco, marijuana, or other drugs allowed anywhere on the property.

Farm House On the Hill -Entire House

Our Farm House On the Hill is a quite, peaceful house located on our Family Farm. Our location is perfect for cross-country travelers only a few minutes away from the Interstate. It is also conveniently located a short distance from Cabot, Jacksonville & Little Rock. We are a working farm so during your stay you could experience calves being born or hay being baled. We are also pet and livestock friendly. We do have the capabilities to stable or pasture your livestock during your stay.

The Loft is a true Arkansas experience. Built-in the hayloft of a 130 year old barn with amazing views of the pond and pasture from the massive party deck that is 15 feet in the air. Just 3 miles from Harding university in the quaint town of Searcy. An amazing lake is only 30 min away in Heber springs. This private guesthouse comes with a covered parking space with a beautiful fenced-in yard with deck and fire pit . We gladly allow pets (with prior approval) for an additional fee of $25 per pet and $10.00 per night after the first night .
