Back Beach House

Light, bright and spacious. From the moment you walk in you'll feel calm and relaxed. Fire up the wood fire or simply press a button for instant warmth or cool. Comfy Koala mattresses on beds also equipped with electric blankets. Clean, white stone bench tops and a large cooktop and oven if eating-in is your plan. Stylish and comfortable living spaces. Streamlined bathroom and ensuite, each with a large glass-walled shower. Enjoy the grassy front deck area or sit around the fire pit at the back.

Brand new self contained waterfront accommodation. Stunning uninterrupted views of Port Albert waterway. Can be booked as 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. Owners reside above. Perfect for a family stay, or more than one couple. Main bedroom has en-suite with easy access shower. You always have the full suite. Unreserved bedrooms will not be accessible. Fish cleaning facilities, boat washdown, ice making, bait fridge with storage area and fire pit. Free EV charging also now installed for guest use.

We are on the magnificent Gippsland Lakes in the heart of the Victorian Riviera. It is true we get more sun than Mildura! Peaceful, spacious, beautifully decorated with an enclosed yard to ensure your fury friend has a secure place to play. Take one of two paths directly from the front gate to the beach, and only 600 meters walk to the The Lake Tyers Beach Tavern & General Store.

Luxury pet friendly beach house 250m from the amazing 90 mile beach with Starlink super fast internet and EV 15A charger. The house has a new kitchen with Miele appliances including an inbuilt coffee machine. 2 new bathrooms, one is outdoors with stone bath under the stars. Large front deck with a lovely view of the sunset over the lake and a great back yard with fire pit and hydrotherapy hot tub. The house also has a pot belly fire to keep you warm on the cooler winter nights.

This cosy 2 bedroom, 1 bath beach front property boasts direct access to Inverloch’s inlet beach. Take a 10 minute stroll to the Main Street of Inverloch where you will enjoy the local restaurants and shops. This property is pet friendly with a secure front and back yard and has parking on site. Guests will enjoy direct access to the Inverloch foreshore walking track and an off lead dog friendly beach.

Swan Cove Beachfront

Wide open spaces, fresh sea air and no crowds. Transport yourself to a 2- storey Hansel and Gretel style cottage in a forest by the water on an island where you can see koalas and wildlife up close in their natural environment. Only 4 hours from Melbourne. We are very sorry pets are not permitted here due to the sensitive nature of the wildlife.

"Angourie" is a beautiful newly built two storey, four bedroom, two bathroom house (sleeps 10). Moments from the beach, it has magnificent 180 degree views of Wilsons Promontory National Park to the front and views to the bush behind of the Cape Liptrap Coastal Park.
