Very great place to stay! Kim was very quick to help solve or accommodate when we had a little issue! Very pleased with our stay! The spot and surroundings of this place were amazing!

Had a great time. The gaming selection exceeded expectations. The kitchen allowed us to eat in a couple times. The house was clean and the experience overall was simple and enjoyable. Absolutely would stay again.

House was exactly as described. Kitchen is well stocked with all utensils and dishes, however not many places to eat in the kitchen. There are tv trays in the living room to add extra eating space. Lots of towels, and bathrooms were very clean. Would definitely suggest this space to others.

My stay was perfect - the home was quaint, charming, and very comfortable. The kitchen was large and well stocked. The entire place was spotless / clean. The bed was comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. Parking was handy, right outside of the home on the street. Michael responded quickly to my questions and made me feel at home. I'll be back again!

Amazing house, calm area and still close to everything! We walked to uptown Normal for coffee, shopping, and enjoyed the campus area but it's also easy to access the house by car. The house is really great with lots of space for hanging out as well as getting some alone time if needed. There's outdoor space to enjoy meals and the garden. The kitchen is well equipped and has all appliances needed including a coffee machine, a coffee grinder and an espresso machine. If you're a tea drinker there's a kettle too! Our host Liz was very accommodating and helpful, giving us recommendations based on our interests! She helped us explore not only Bloomington/Normal, but Springfield as well as Chicago! We truly felt at home and would love to come back!

Loved the place! We booked for my daughter’s graduation weekend. It was so nice to have a comfortable home environment to spend with our family & celebrate. And the outside garden made for a great spot for family pictures. Oh and the hammock is a great touch! Josh let us know it was available as soon as the cleaning people were done. Such a nice surprise to be able to check in early. I highly recommend!

James' rental provided the perfect base for my family during our visit to Bloomington for my daughter's graduation. I recommend him as a host and staying at his rental.

Great place to stay. Big back yard for pets to run around and kids to play. There are 2 living area where guest can do different activities. We felt cozy and right at home.

We had a great stay. Brian and Julia were easy to communicate with and helpful. House was clean and beds comfortable. Great location. Would definitely book again if ever back in Bloomington area.
