Welcome, Dear Guest! This space features a small balcony and offers WiFi and cable TV. The unit has new SPC flooring and Sfold curtains. After booking, kindly send a copy of your valid ID via email, Viber, or chat. Parking is available in the basement, costing ₱50 for the first 3 hours and ₱30 for each additional hour. Please be aware that parking after 2 AM incurs an overnight fee of ₱200 for the next day. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 minor.
