This cozy a-frame is located in the lakeside neighborhood of Echo Point, on Cumberland’s South Fork. Swim or fish off the dock, bring a paddle board, or drop a boat in at the nearby ramp. Relax on the deck with rock wall views and towering trees. Perfect for a couple or a small family get away. Walk to water/dock via a rustic path and stairs (it’s a steep climb!) *Not ideal for people with mobility constraints.* Stores & restaurants are 15 min drive. Dogs (2 max) welcome for add'l fee.

Summer Shoals cabins (NO ELECTRIC, WATER, HEAT, AC OR BEDDING) are on a beautiful piece of private Cumberland River property. Our sleep cabins are right on the river and each cabin has a charcoal grill picnic table and fire ring. Our property is in the National Wild and Scenic River corridor and a premier small mouth fly fishing location. Surrounded by the Daniel Boone National Forest. A large eagles nest is across the river. Deer, bear, coyote, river otter and beaver are seen regularly.

This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin located on acres of forest is the perfect family getaway! There is a king size bed in 1 bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has bunk beds—full on bottom and twin on top. There is also an air mattress. The spacious porch is equipped with a gas grill and furniture which allows plenty of room for relaxing, visiting, and grilling.
