This pond-side cottage is a peaceful place to relax and unwind. Sit on the enclosed porch and watch the water or enjoy the front porch swing where you can listen to the birds and frogs. We are 12 min. from downtown Sumter and 20 min from Shaw AFB. Local points of interest are Swan Lake Iris Gardens and Poinsett State Park. It is only 2 hours to Myrtle Beach and Charleston, SC & 3 hrs to the mtns. While it is conveniently located, this cottage offers a quiet place to put your feet up and rest.

Hillside Haven on Lake Wateree- Entire House

Lake Wateree rental with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms that will comfortably sleep 8 guests. It also has 2 sleeper sofas. It is located in Ridgeway, SC and less than 5 minutes to Buck Hill Landing. Upstairs, you will find a fully stocked kitchen, living\dining room and master bedroom. Downstairs, there is a second living area with second kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Home includes private deep water dock. Perfect location for swimming, kayaking and fishing. Fire pit is perfect for cool nights.

Hartsville is a Charming Town with plenty of family activities, shops, and dining. Home is located in the quiet Fox Hollow subdivision which is just outside the city limits but still close to downtown. Robinson Nuclear Plant 10 min. Sonoco 7 min. Coker University 7 min. Come experience the true cowboy lifestyle on a 125-acre​ working farm and petting zoo. Wake up and look outside to a beautiful stocked pond and enjoy the rocking chairs on the porch while listening to the sounds of the farm. The farm has 3 stocked ponds so bring a fishing rod and try your luck at catch and release fishing. You will have the opportunity to see many animals on the farm including dogs. Your dogs are welcome too for an additional fee. We also have horseback riding for a fee.

Nestled on 66 acres with a gorgeous pond/farm view, you will find Goat Daddy's Farm and Animal Sanctuary. Our luxurious tiny house has everything you need to make your farm stay comfortable and relaxing. Guests will have access to the farm during specific hours, as well as over 2.5 miles of paths and two ponds to explore. With your feet in the sand, by a fire, in the hot tub, on the trails, or getting some goat/animal therapy, The Farmhouse and Sanctuary has something to offer for all.

ROYAL GOOSE 1- bedroom treehouse.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The threehouse is very close to the town of Charlotte North Carolina. It is 20 minutes drive to Charlotte. My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.

Our freshly renovated home sits in a family-oriented neighborhood only a mile from downtown Hartsville and Kalmia Gardens and includes access to Black Creek. This 600 sf home features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a full kitchen, washer and dryer and an open living area. Digital antenna reception for smart-tv and high speed wi-fi internet. Small dogs will be considered for stays on a case-by-case basis. Pet stays require prior approval from the hosts and will involve additional fees.
