This space within the coffee plantation estate was my ‘go to place’ to unwind.. It has 2 rooms with a terrace and pool just steps away.. the space has everything I could imagine to have a blend of relaxation, outdoors or a chilled get together.. it has vintage wooden speakers, a fully fitted BBQ grill and more. For work or play, the whole place is yours to enjoy. I wish that you unwind, stargaze, and create lasting memories.. Caretaker Babu will ensure good home made food.. have a good time 😎

Heritage house by the river

A heritage house and cottage 9 km from the town of Kannur on the banks of the river where it forms a lake with islands . Main house has two bedrooms and the cottage, three making a total of 5. Guests get one bedroom per couple booked, two bedrooms for 4 people and so on. We normally host one couple/group at a time, other bedrooms remain vacant. Free use of common spaces , gardens , pool ,Kayaks, snooker table etc. Speedboat with driver if available is chargeable. Breakfast is included.
