Svårt att tänka sig bättre läge för att utforska de mysigaste stadsdelarna med dess historia, shopping och restauranger! Vi unnade oss middag på Cosy Club och Vida by Lorentes som verkligen var fantastiska! Närheten till matbutiker och frukostbröd var också mycket uppskattad. Boendet är väldigt bekvämt och lugnt, i alla fall efter klockan 22 då restaurangen på innergården stängt. Innan dess är det ganska högljudd musik onsdag till lördag men det var inga problem för oss. Till och med lite trevligt med bra musik. 😊 Bra med dubbla badrum! Vi uppskattade att det fanns förbrukningsvaror som toalettpapper, diskmaskinstabletter, te, tvål och även Netflix. Parkering i området är väldigt dyr men det finns ett bra (men trångt) parkeringshus ett kvarter bort. Värden var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam och svarade snabbt på frågor. Vi fick bra tips om området. Värden och boendet rekommenderas varmt för en familj som vill utforska Nottingham till fots!

I've been coming to Manchester regularly for the best part of 17 years and I have to say this was the best place I've ever stayed in. Very central to everything, tram stop beside it and a quiet area. Apartment was very clean and well maintained, bed was very comfortable and John was very responsive, I'll definitely be back.

This is a great find. It’s close to the university and wonderful dining options. It’s also nearby the Peak District, easily accessible by bus. Highly recommend!

No issues and easy to find. Quite warm and the road is quite noisy when opening the windows, but no issues other than that. Parking only allows for 3 hours at a time.

Just got back from a weekend in sanjays place and me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed the apartment was clean spacious and modern. It had all the necessities there. Sanjay was a great and helpful host any questions we had he would answer. I would 100% recommend anyone and I will be back in the future.

The apartment was on the ground floor and perfect for anyone with mobility issues like my Mum. It was spotlessly clean. Lovely clean bedding and fluffy towels. Can certainly recommend it and if we are in the area again would stay again.

We had a fantastic weekend staying in this property. We were attending a football match at the Etihad and it was a short 10 minute walk from the house. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted, would 100% book in here again if we ever return to watch Man City in the future.

No issues with our stay, it did what it needed to do & gavecus the space we needed as a family after a function we attended.

James was a very good and responsive host. Communication, directions etc. were spot on! The house was great. There were 6 of us in total - all adults. We did have a problem with a blocked toilet but James had this fixed quickly. There are 3 toilets in total so not a big problem. One star lost on cleanliness rating. On arrival there were crumbs across the dining table and a tea cup stain which we wiped away. Also, could have done with a towel in the downstairs bathroom. We also only had 1 tea towel which was done very quickly. We borrowed from family. Also, a lack of extra pillows meant we had to borrow cushions from the sofas. All very minor problems. I still felt it was value for money and would certainly book again next time we visit family in Nottingham

Immaculately clean and comfortable small house on quiet road within walking distance to the Motorpoint arena (where we were attending an event)…info about the steep driveway are correct but it’s really a non-issue as there is loads of parking space on the road right outside the property and Sara provides a parking permit for one car if needed. Could not be easier and Sara is very helpful and almost instantly responsive to questions. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Great communication from all parties at staycasa accommodation! couldn’t fault the stay at all. Perfect for me and my friends and easy to get a taxi into the city. Easy check in and check out would 100% recommend!!

Great apartment and very close to the city centre. Clear instructions and recommendations provided by the host, would highly recommend. The free parking was the only improvement point, a lot of litter on the street.

Our stay here was wonderful! The location of the property is amazing, you are in the heart of the city with so many great restaurants, shops and activities within just a 10 minute walk or even less! The townhouse was beautiful and clean, very spacious for the location, and the amenities were great. The team are very responsive to messages and even check in to ensure the check in process went smoothly. Check in was indeed very easy, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall we would definitely recommend and will be visiting again in the future!

Great communication from Adam from booking to leaving the property. Adam greeted us slightly early for check in, as he knew we’d arrived early. Very friendly and welcoming giving lots of tips on the local area, showing us around the property and a welcome bottle of wine. Told me to contact him at any time if I needed to. Property is in an excellent location, especially if you’re visiting the AO Arena. Lots to do within walking distance of the apartment. Apartment is well kitted out with everything you could need for a short stay, comfortable bed, lots of handy items plugs / chargers etc. Toiletries provided and plenty of towels. Extra bedding also if needed. You do need to boost the hot water for a hot shower, but there are instructions on the bathroom door showing you what to do. Thank you Adam, for letting us stay in your lovely apartment, we had a wonderful weekend ❤️

Excellent stay would highly recommend

This lovely flat was situated high up in the heart of Manchester City centre. Excellent location within walkable distance to bars and restaurants. The flat is very nicely decorated with a lovely balcony overlooking the skyline. The flat was clean and tidy the kitchen was well stocked. My bed was super comfy with a lovely soft duvet. Warren was a really attentive host offering a large selection of places to eat and drink which took the pressure off of me having to do that before I came. I would highly recommend this place for a stay a little gem in the heart of the city.

it was a wonderful experience. The apartment was well maintained and had everything there for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The owner was very helpful with all the instructions too and checking in as well. The best part was that being right in the middle of city centre made it a perfection apartment to stay at with friends and family.
