Matanzas Inlet: soggiorni in case vacanze

We wanted a weekend trip to relax with our family and Roland’s place was just that. Great things for the kids to do at the house and close enough to St Augustine to go enjoy some of the attractions there. The house was clean and neat, the pool was perfect and we will definitely come back!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from the beach, making it so easy to enjoy the ocean any time of day. Eason was an amazing host, incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

We had such a special weekend at this beautiful property. The space was peaceful, fun, and full of charm — perfect for making memories with family. Every part of the house and grounds felt so thoughtfully put together, with little hidden gems to discover everywhere you looked. Collecting eggs each morning turned into a fun little game, with everyone trying to call dibs on who got to do it that day. The man cave was a major hit — packed with personality and details that made it feel like staying at a friend’s place. We also loved spending time by the pool and relaxing in the screened-in patio — the perfect spot to wind down in the evenings. Thank you for sharing this one-of-a-kind home with us. We’re leaving with full hearts and some unforgettable memories.

Loved this place! I already liked it from the pictures but when I walked in, I was surprised to see that it was even better. The rooms are more open than the pictures give them credit for & I believe some of the decor had been updated (it was already cute but it looked even better/more aesthetic than before, in my opinion. The outdoor space was great & the pool was warm. This house is great if you want to be near the beach & in a more family friendly area! This area wasn't really touristy so it's perfect if you want to be in a location that's laid-back & not crowded. The house is right across the street from beach access & the neighborhood wasn't loud or wild. As a group of 9 girls, I don't think any of us ever felt unsafe at the house or in the neighborhood. I would definitely stay at this house again!

Lili’s place is beautiful!! My mom and I had a wonderful time! Lili’s home made us feel like we were home. We had a chance to meet Lili and she is very sweet and kind. Thank you again for your hospitality!! We will be back!!

Came for a wedding. The home was exactly as the pics showed and it was pristine inside with all the necessities including beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Perfect location, walkable quaint little area, lots of great recommendations too. Great space, amazing host, Pauline always responded quickly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, just needed another day or two to enjoy the town. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful family reunion at Theresa’s lovely house. There was something for every age group to do. The yard was very private and yet you could walk to coffee shops and even to downtown. The pool was wonderful and the house was spacious. The host was very accommodating and even my dog felt welcomed! Would definitely recommend and plan on staying again.

This by far was the best Airbnb I have rented. The house was adorable and we felt right at home. Everything was super clean, provided more of the small things than any other rental (spices, board games, kids toys, etc.) I have stayed in and the neighborhood was quiet and clean. This was my grandsons first vacation (14 months) and it couldn't have been more perfect. The fence around the pool relieved so much worry for his safety. It was spacious and open for him to run inside and out. There were 5 adults and one toddler and plenty of room! The host was super quick to respond and lovely to work with. The maintenance man came by and was so nice and even the lawn guys apologized for interrupting our day (they totally didnt and they even waved back all 100 times my grandson waved at them). We did not end up walking anywhere because we mostly stayed at the house but it was very convenient to everything. The option to heat the pool was the best $150 spent. Overall, I would recommend 100/10!!

We enjoyed our stay at Matt’s and Tasha place. Matt is a genuine great host. Matt made the whole process very smooth.and we felt right at home. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and pleasant place to stay, consider this place. The location was perfect. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby and lots of walking trails to enjoy. We enjoyed our stay at Matt and Tasha place. Thank you for such a memorable stay! Look forward to staying again.

This place is beautiful 😍 thirty minutes to saint Augustine. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Large kitchen, lots of parking, plenty of beds. Fast wifi and area is super spacious.

Mike is a very nice man . I would like to stay there again . The area is excellent , very nice for exploring and bicycle riding .

Lipsy was a very helpful host! She was quick to assist with everything! The house is located less than 10min from Historic St Augustine so it’s perfect! We had a large group and it fit us perfectly. The 2 kitchens allowed us to store and prep all the food we needed. The backyard was great for kids and the open space allowed us to spread out! If we go back we would stay here 100%!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. Jessica was super sweet and super friendly and make sure we had everything we needed. 10 out of 10 would recommend and we will absolutely stay there again when we come back in town!

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. PLEASE READ!! I know the repercussions negative ratings can do for business which is why I rated this 5 star but you should def read this review if traveling with a larger party. We booked this place because myself and another mom were bringing our sons and a few friends down for a concert at the amphitheater. We particularly liked the outdoor space for them. We saw the rule about 10pm being quiet hours and knew we’d be at the concert at 10pm but mainly wanted the outdoor space to enjoy for the afternoon hours after the beach and before leaving out for the concert. Not an hour into being there (6pm) we get a message from the host threatening to kick us out for noise. We had LIGHT music playing and just the voices of some playing ping pong. No one was partying/excessive noise. Point being it seems quiet hours are really for all hours. The rest of the trip we walked on eggshells wondering if we were too loud. Not recommended for large groups or groups with young adults looking to enjoy

This was our second trip to Julie’s place and it did not disappoint. We love her place. She is so nice and accommodating. It has all the amenities you need, a nice yard, and so close to the beach. It is low key, not over crowded with lots of space on the beach. It reminds of a beach cottage in a Nicholas Sparks novel. We will be back!!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Camilles Haus sehr genossen! Das Haus ist sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet - von 2 gut ausgestatteten Badezimmern, über Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Gasgrill, Strandhandtüchern und Gesellschaftsspielen war alles vorhanden. Die Küche ist optimal ausgestattet und die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig. Da wir sehr schönes Wetter hatten, haben wir viel Zeit auf der Terrasse und im Pool verbracht. Dieser ist relativ kalt, das ist von unserer Seite das einzige Manko.

Erin’s spot was great! Would love to stay again, the kids & wifey had tons to do in the house and around the area while I was stuck working during the morning (which was at the amazing desk in the master bedroom)! It was hard keeping the kids out of the water! The beach at the end of the street had tons of shells for the kids to collect & we had just warm enough weather to swim every day & night lol I’m not sure where the toys kept coming from but there is quite a lot of choices for the smaller kids! The beach toys were amazing as well!!

Absolutely spotless accommodations! We loved this home and plan to return!

We looked for a home in a quiet location right on the beach that allows pets. This beachfront home was perfect for our week long stay. We got up every morning for the absolutely beautiful sunrise, visited with our daughter in Daytona during the day and then returned to be on the beach to look at the stars and even saw 2 rocket launches. The private ramp to the beach is only about 20 steps and your feet are in the sand. The neighbors on the road are friendly too. We easily walked to get coffee, breakfast and pick up a pizza and groceries. The pictures listed are spot on, so what you see is what is there. The home has everything including paper products, spices, and cleaning products. I could tell there was a light smokey smell as another renter mentioned, but nothing that would make us not rent again. Miss the view of the sunrise already!

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.

We had another great vacation at Xue's. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, and Xue was amazing as always with helping us out with questions and recommendations and such.
