William was an amazing host and the place was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. Everything was neat and clean and as described. William was very helpful and responsive. We look forward to booking with him again.

Great location. Very close to the beach and restaurants. We had a great meal at Fondo. Would definitely stay here again when in town!

Marcela’s studio is perfect for solo travelers or couples! Has everything one could need, 7 mins away from the beach, 5 mins from the closest grocery store, 2 mins from the laundromat like it seriously doesn’t get better. I loved the neighborhood, it’s right by the marina but you’d never know because of how quiet and peaceful it is. Be sure to go down the street the Panaderia Monte Brisas to get some delish coffee, bread & desserts 😋 One thing is there is not *hot* water. The water gets just warm enough - not that you need boiling hot water in PR. My family is from here so I don’t mind it - i used to bathe out of a bucket during my visits lol! But in case there is someone who can’t do without. Thanks Marcela <3

This spot was so peaceful- waking up each morning listening to the birds chirp, the wind through the foliage- it was so nice. The room was so clean, the grounds were exquisite. It felt very safe. The rooms are very tiny- to be expected. But if you’re not a light packer you might be crammed.

Absolutely loved staying here. Arrived early and not only were we allowed to check in early gave us a new villa available that had two beautiful balconies. Our stay was very peaceful feels like you have the whole place to yourself. The sounds of animals in the morning as you drink your morning coffee as great laying in the hammocks. Would say a better breakfast selection would be great maybe some granola bars yogurt as they only provide bread jelly & crackers with cheese. But still 10/10 for me staying here.

Beautiful and quiet place to relax and enjoy nature!

The best stay in Puerto Rico was here! The water pressure was really the only minor inconvenience but other than that, I really enjoyed my stay! His home was nice and clean, private and close to everything! Probably the prettiest home on the block! The hot tub- fire! I highly recommend! I’ll make sure to book his place the next time I’m back in Puerto Rico! Thank you for your hospitality and for being responsive and communicating with me throughout my stay(: until next time!

Small cozy space as advertised. Perfect place for a good night sleep.

We stayed here our last night in Puerto Rico, and it was probably our favorite of the whole trip! Clean, spacious, all of the amenities we needed, plus a washer and dryer! 🤩 We were extremely comfortable and it was the perfect location to head to luquillo and San Juan the next morning. A hidden gem in the middle of El Yunque. Bill and Renee are excellent hosts, responsive, flexible, and just very nice people. The property could not be better..... everything in perfect condition, very clean.... the rooms, pool, landscaping, everything is top notch. Peaceful and relaxing, I would recommend and will certainly return.

We loved our stay at Casita Magnolia! It was perfect for us as a couple. The location was walkable to beaches, groceries and restaurants (it is up a hill.) The amenities made our stay easy - beach chairs, towels, coolers, great kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, outdoor eating area was lovely, even access to a washer and drier. The surrounding area was beautiful as the Caribbean beaches can’t be beat. We loved being off the road in back of the main house. As stated in the description there are roosters around and they do make noise, but it’s all part of the charm of the area. If you want simple, private, clean, reasonable cost, with good access to the area, this can’t be beat. We were there for a week and would have loved to stay longer - we felt like we were just getting into the island vibe. Highly recommend!

Bill and Renee were fantastic, they have such a beautiful property. The gardens the house, the sounds of the jungle. Our stay here was the best part of our trip! The jungle suite with the bathtubs was perfect. The bed on ropes took a bit of getting used too, lol. The breakfasts were amazing every day! The pool and garden area were just so well maintained it really was a 5 star experience.
