Our bright and cozy 1 bedroom apartment with window A/C (July-mid September) is a peaceful and centrally located place for one or two in Corner Brook. We are situated on a quiet street, minutes walk or drive to parks, trails, restaurants and pubs. Our location is an easy drive in and out of Corner Brook. A spacious but cozy apartment in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It is close to Murphy Square, Marble Mountain, the downtown core and the Corner Brook Plaza. This unit is a private apartment in the lower level of my home. There are many stairs to the unit. There is some noise transfer between the dwellings. The unit has a washer and dryer. Parking in driveway is available. There is an EV charger for conditional use. Weekly and monthly discounts available.
