Het huis is geschikt voor langer verblijf voor digital nomads. Er is een zwembad en wandelpaden. Het huis is geschikt voor online werken met twee slaapkamers. Het is rustig en het klimaat is aangenaam. De afstand tot de asfaltweg is 1.5 km en daar ligt Masatepe met alle voorzieningen. Eigen huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan.
