Welcome to country living! We live on a serene 12 acre lot in the country just minutes from I-70 (Exit 79 E bound/Exit 85 W bound). We offer a clean and cozy lower-level apartment with a private entrance, 2 bedrooms/1 bath, snack/coffee bar with an assortment of snacks, tea, and coffee, a living room, reclining sofa, pool table, electric fireplace, RokuTV, small table/2 chairs and an outdoor patio area. We are located on a 250-acre family farm with a walking path, woods, creek, and cabin.

Whether in town for work or here for a family event, this 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom split level home will give you plenty of space. It's located in one of the most popular family-friendly sub-divisions in Marysville and close to restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. Primary suite has a queen size bed with newly renovated tile shower and fixtures. The two smaller rooms have full size beds and updated fixtures as well. The main floor as a half bath. We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

Enjoy the peaceful countryside just 15 minutes off of the outer loop of Columbus. We have a seperate guest house on our small farm with a king size master suite and queen bedroom. This guest home is completely private from the main residence and is the perfect ambience for peace and quiet. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
