Join Sally for an early morning bird watch or bird count from the main house verandah, wander the back paddocks, and take in the glorious sunsets. We’re just 8 km from the heritage city of Maryborough, 35 minutes from Hervey Bay, and about an hour and a half from Rainbow Beach. Birdsong Villa - Figtrees on Watson

Birdsong Villa (at Figtrees on Watson) is a purpose architect designed fully self contained cottage for use by our short stay guests. It is on the same property as our very popular Betharam Villa (see Figtrees on Watson listing for photos and information about this beautiful property). The villa has been designed to be wheelchair friendly with wide door opening and minimal door sills. The villa was completed in early 2021 and had been finished and furnished to a high standard.

“Sunrise Cottages” is to be found perched on the escarpment with a 180 degree North Easterly view of the hinterland and coastline.
