It is all on one level,we are able to rent out the whole cottage also which creates an additional 2 bedrooms for extended family - we rarely rent this out to another party and is mostly empty.

An elegant, relaxed home in the grounds of the Manor in this AONB with walks directly from the house. The pretty village of Winterbourne St. Martin (Martinstown) has a great pub and a super village shop both within a short walk. Close to the Jurassic Coast and spectacular country views, its the perfect place to chill after a walk, a day at the beach (approx five miles away) or visiting the many attractions in and around Dorchester. Guests have a private garden, and access to a tennis court.

The windows overlook the village duck pond and spring and pretty waterfall. There is parking, for your car, at your door. We are on the Dorset Coastal Path and the SSSI Jurasic Coast. £7.50 for a full Dorset breakfast. Evening meal £7 to £12.

No.1 The Courtyard is nestled just outside the village of Tincleton and was originally part of the servant’s accommodation to Clyffe House (1842). We are situated 6 miles from Dorchester, and within easy reach of many Dorset attractions; Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Corfe Castle, The Purbeck Hills, Kimmeridge, Southwest Coastal Path, Bovington Tank Museum, Monkey World, Weymouth, Swanage.

It is very individual and situated in a quiet , rural setting. It has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The village of Martinstown has an excellent pub and shop. Fully self contained, the hut has everything you need inside and is in a great central location, close to Dorchester and just a short drive to Weymouth and Chesil beach. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful countryside and Jurassic coast! The town’s amenities are only a short walk away including the new Brewery Square development. The former artists’ studio in a converted barn in Thomas Hardy’s West Dorset - close to Chesil Beach and the wonderful Jurassic Coast. The art-filled space, with tall ceilings and exposed beams, is curated with art, sculptures, and ceramics by the artist-owners. Mid-century furnishings complement hand-printed wallpaper and antique rugs. Doors open to a private courtyard garden with a patio and fire pit. The sauna, behind the main barn, overlooks a gravel garden.
