Breakfast: Coffee or Tea and Biscotti or muffin. Refrigerator available for ONLY beverages, or leftover Take out food. NO Kitchen privileges.

The space is cheery and comfortable. Plenty of space to rest, relax and enjoy! . The neighborhood is quiet residential and friendly. You may see boaters coming in to take their boats out but otherwise quiet. Just a few miles away quiet turns into action. Many eateries, pubs, Music, stores and shopping just minutes away. The front of the house is unassuming but I think you will really enjoy the comfort and views of the backyard!
