WiFi, workspace, laundry, smart TV and air conditioning. It can be difficult to secure a ferry res for your car when planning last minute trips in summer. Also, I am a violinist and violin teacher and I have violin lessons or practice at the house during the day. The walls are insulated but some noise can still be heard between the house and the studio.
