It's a 1/2 hour drive to Stowe Mt. or Smugglers Notch ski resorts and an hour to Jay Peak. Elmore State park is only 2 miles away for hiking and swimming in the lake ! It's a great location for anyone who loves the outdoors, skiing, hiking and also just relaxing.

Our backyard tiny home is walking distance to historic downtown Montpelier. Located on a quiet street, its many windows highlight all the efficiencies of tiny house living, including a fully equipped kitchen, radiant floor heat and the option of woodstove coziness. The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower and modern concrete sink. Two small bedrooms share a featured rotating wall and sliding barn door. The design plan is clean lines, minimalist decor and efficient energy use.

Please note: We have a firm no kids policy due to the open loft and stairs.

A perfect romantic getaway, this secluded property sits on a private 10-acre lot located off from a well-maintained dirt road. The home sits on an open knoll with beautiful views and surrounding pastures. Recently remodeled, it features a private indoor infrared Sauna. Cell phone service is limited but WiFi is available. Located minutes from the Wright’s Mountain / Devil’s Den Town Forest hiking trail, named a National Scenic Trail in 2018. This is a non-smoking property.

Our single story 2 bedroom 1 bath home is located within 30 minutes of Mad River Glen and Sugarbush ski areas and the quaint towns of Bristol, Richmond and Waitsfield. Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.

Shared entrance into the house, private entrance into the apartment, one off street parking space and a safe 5 to 7 minute walk to our vibrant downtown. Must be able to negotiate stairs as the apartment is on the second floor. 2 night minimum stay and 10 day maximum stay No pets please.
