Sea Grace CottageThe current Sea Grace Cottage was built in 2019 after the original cottage (circa 1950) was destroyed by Hurricane Florence in 2018. The 920 square foot cottage sits back on an acre lot, nestled into the beautiful tidal landscape that dominates the area known as Downeast. A large covered deck surrounds the Cottage on three sides. Close to Cape Lookout National Seashore, Davis Ferry, Cedar Point Ferry, & Beaufort , Sea Grace Cottage offers solitude and tranquility after a full day on the water.
The Yates CottageWelcome to the beauty and nature of Core Sound! The Yates Cottage is directly on the water and is designed for spectacular views of Core Sound and Cape Lookout Lighthouse with large windows on 3 sides. Other amenities are a large screen porch, 4 bicycles, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, joggers, walkers, bikers, fisherman and boaters. You will be welcomed with freshly-made beds, towels and a full kitchen with Keurig and Rachel Ray cookware.
