Conveniently located 10 minutes from Turkey Bay ATV Park. 1 mile to LBL, Lake, Restaurants ,gas station ,and Dollar General. 18 minutes to Murray, 48 to Paducah..Plenty of room for parking a boat( we have outside 110 outlets)or ATV’S. Enjoy all that Ky Lake area has to offer! Condo is located at Big Bear Resort. It has an open concept living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & fully equipped kitchen. The living space extends to the deck, overlooking the lake, with additional seating & gas grill. There are queen beds in 2 of the bedrooms; 2 full beds in the third. Washer/dryer are available for your use. The condo is a one-floor unit, with 3 parking spaces (one at the front door; 2 in the rear). There are 3 stairs at the front.
