Plenty of amenities featuring a hot tub with main lake views. There are also large deck areas with breathtaking main channel views. Although furnished with families in mind the house is also great for a couples trip or a group of friends wanting to get away. The house is located very close to a popular marina that offers boat and cart rentals.

Enjoy all that Ky Lake area has to offer! Condo is located at Big Bear Resort. It has an open concept living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & fully equipped kitchen. The living space extends to the deck, overlooking the lake, with additional seating & gas grill. There are queen beds in 2 of the bedrooms; 2 full beds in the third. Washer/dryer are available for your use. The condo is a one-floor unit, with 3 parking spaces (one at the front door; 2 in the rear). There are 3 stairs at the front.

No dogs over 40 lbs. No cats. If you would like the bicycles let us know . If traveling with larger groups, check the adjoining Bear Cave for availability
