Marrubiu: soggiorni in alloggi sulla spiaggia

Das Bau House ist wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft in der wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Wer in der Nähe von Oristano eine Unterkunft sucht ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Daniele war super nett, hilfsbereit und hatte nützliche Empfehlungen. Würden die Unterkunft jedem Empfehlen.

One of our favorite Airbnbs ever. Even better than the pictures. At the end of a quiet road, just steps from the sea and the amazing cliff walks of the Sinis Peninsula. Giusi was very nice and helpful, and the resident cat was such a darling. Highest recommendation!

Bosa is a perfect place to stay to explore the central and northern Sardinia. In this season Bosa Marina is very quiet and peaceful but with very few restaurants & shops open. But with a car Bosa itself has everything you need. The apartment was exactly as described and was a very comfortable haven for me and my family. It was also lovely having the personalised touch of Pasquina's books, artwork, etc. around giving the space a great feel. And the view from the windows of sea and sunsets was wonderful. In full disclosure, I will admit that the 4 floors walk-up was daunting and not ideal for babies, small children and those not in great shape! But there view was a reward! Another point that was totally our fault for not noticing before booking is the lack of WiFi. Two of the 4 of us staying had planned this as a working holiday - we managed to find work arounds but WiFi provided would have made this perfect. I must emphasize - it was our fault - nothing was mis-presented in the listing.

Sehr schönes Haus, zwei Blocks vom Strand. Von allen Zimmern kommt man auf Terrassen. Der Bus direkt am Strand fährt alle 20 Minuten in die Stadt. Heizung in allen Räumen, wir waren im April da, da ist das schon gut. Gute Ausstattung, alles da. Einige alte Pfannen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Supermarkt fussläufig zu erreichen. Ein paar schöne Stühle im Garten wären noch toll. Und vielen Dank an Daniela für die super Betreuung beim Ein- und Auschecken und die vielen Tips.

Alles wie beschrieben und direkt am Kite Spot. Giacomo hat uns super Tipps gegeben und war sehr hilfreich. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons passés de très agréables vacances, le logement est très bien situé, dans un petit village avec toutes les commodités (restaurants, café, boulangerie, grandes surfaces, glacier, ...) et une jolie plage à proximité. Andrea est un hôte disponible et amical. Merci!

We were a family group of 6 and had a lovely time relaxing in this great villa- the sunsets from the veranda are particularly beautiful. The beds, bedding and blinds make for a good night’s sleep! Kitchen well equipped, bathrooms good. We swam in the amazing (chilly) clear blue sea from the villa over to the nearest beach in about 15 minutes, the same time as walking along the rocks. Consider bringing a tow float/dry bag for towels etc if you want to do this - the beach bar serves delicious, reasonably priced lunch food, ice creams and drinks. There’re several day trips possible (we hired cars), &the buses seemed regular - but the place is so nice that we spent a lot of time there (also many places were closed as we visited pre-season). Paolo is a really brilliant host- so informative and responsive, but not intrusive. Thanks Paolo for a magical holiday!

This house is amazing! Pierluigi is a very helpful host. He always answers at once and offers flexible check in time what helped me. I had an amazing month in his place! Cosy and peaceful accommodation! There is everything that might be needed. Highly recommended! I will be back!

La Finestra sul Mare è stata esattamente ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. La casa era pulita, comoda e dotata di tutti i comfort, inclusa la lavastoviglie. Ma il vero punto di forza è la splendida vista sul mare e sul tramonto, che ci accompagnava ogni sera durante la cena. I dintorni sono verdi, tranquilli e perfetti per passeggiate rilassanti. Non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con l’acqua, ma il proprietario è stato molto reattivo e lo ha risolto nel giro di poche ore. Inoltre, dopo la partenza ci siamo accorti di aver dimenticato un paio di occhiali da sole: sono stati ritrovati e ci hanno aiutato a recuperarli. Esperienza davvero positiva.

La casa è posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è presente un supermercato a circa 200 metri e alcune pizzerie e bar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è veramente molto grande, la porta sul mare è fantastica e il mare è ottimo per un tuffo rinfrescante o per fare snorkeling. L’ alloggio è molto comodo, ed è presente un grande soggiorno dal quale è possibile vedere il mare. Anna Rita e Riccardo sono stati degli ottimi host sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta o informazione.

Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft von Silvana! Es war alles perfekt! Der Check in war super! Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und uns wurde alles erklärt! Die Unterkunft ist besser als auf den Bildern - Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an wohlgefühlt! Den Pool hatten wir komplett für uns. Es ist den ganzen Tag Sonne im Garten- auch die letzten Sonnenstunden am Tag konnte man dort noch genießen! Das Frühstück war ausreichend für die ganze Woche. Massimo, Silvana und ihr Mann sind die perfekten Gastgeber! Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Klare Anweisungen erhalten für den Check-In. Vorgängig viele Videos und Fotos erhalten für den Zugang zur Wohnung und für das „korrekte“ benutzen der Wohnung. Die Lage ist super, super schöner Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon oder vom Meer. Die Wohnung/Studio ist klein aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Kleine Küche, gut geeignet zum einfache Menus kochen.

Virkelig god, sød og opmærksom vært, der kom med kager, sodavand og chokolade til vores børn. Huset var fint, og det lå 2 minutter fra en lækker strand samtidigt med, der også var en lækker pool. Som det eneste negative var vi ikke opmærksomme på at skulle betale el regning.

Dalia è una persona squisita e gentile. L'appartamento è un luogo di relax con una splendida visuale dal terrazzo, sopratutto fuori stagione, su un'isola che è una vera e propria gemma. Abbiamo trascorso lì qualche giorno della nostra luna di miele e sinceramente mai ne è valsa così tanto la pena, speriamo di poterci ritornare. Consigliato a chi vuole passare qualche giorno staccando completamente dalla propria quotidianità. Francesco e Giulia

A great house right near the beach. Excellent facilities and what wasn't in the house, you'd never need! So well stocked with appliances, supplies. Rezearta made lots of recommendations and was quick to respond to any queries.

villa impeccable dans un cadre splendide piscine avec vie sur la mer. la maison était identique aux photos. je recomande.

Super séjour chez Cristina, qui a été du début à la fin une hôtesse prévenante, accueillante, réactive… au top quoi! Logement bien équipé, propre, meublé avec goût, jardin superbe et le jacuzzi est la cerise sur le gâteau… Vous pouvez aller loger chez elle, dans cet appartement ou le second qu’elle propose, les yeux fermés. Merci encore!

Nicola war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation mit ihm absolut problemlos. Die Lage des Hauses direkt am Strand mit Blick aufs Meer ist herausragend. Die Unterkunft entspricht genau den Fotos.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in diesem kleinen Paradies. Das Haus verfügt über eine grosse und gut eingerichtete Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein kleineres Zimmer, sowie ein kleines Bad. Alles sehr sauber und funktional, für Personen über 180cm allerdings nicht so vorteilhaft. Die Lage direkt am Strand und so nah beim Wasser ist unbezahlbar. Mit dem Meeresrauschen einschlafen und aufwachen, schwimmen, schnorcheln, stundenlang am Strand entlang laufen, das ist Urlaub pur. Auch gibt es in der Umgebung vieles zu erkunden, zudem tolle Restaurants, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles top. Unser Highlight war aber sicher der Besuch der Delphine am ersten Tag, während wir auf der Veranda unseren Apéro genossen, tummelten sich zwei Tiere in der Bucht, unbeschreiblich. Wir waren Ende Saison da, die Bars/Cafes am Strand waren bereits geschlossen, Leute hatte es kaum mehr. Rundum glücklich sind wir nach Hause zurückgekehrt. DANKE Valentina und Enzo!

La casa è molto carina, uscire dalla porta ed essere al Poetto è un’esperienza da fare almeno una volta nella vita. Tutto dell’appartamento é come lo descrive Gigliola. Ma la cosa che Gigliola non puó descrivere è la sua infinita generosità, disponibilità , accoglienza, cura, preparazione e attenzione per l’ospite. Ogni esigenza é accolta e risolta. Quello non puó descriverlo nessuno, si può solo provare. Anzi, si deve provare.

We would definitely come back. Personal welcome bz Roberta and her lovely mother. The place is just perfect - stylish furniture/decoration (70ies, but cool!), meticulously clean, everything you need to spend a week (or two). Strict recycling rules (still relatively easy to adhere to), fully equipped kitchen (except for an oven), beautiful views onto the Mediterranean from the veranda. Small supermarket and restaurant are five mins. walk. Next beach three mins. more. If checking in was easy, checkout is even easier. Clean up the kitchen, drop the keys, you’re done. We loved our stay! The location is great, directly in front of a beautiful beach which was great for family and kids. We rented the house with friends and it was a perfect size for two families. It has two main rooms on different floors and an open space with two beds for kids. It was very clean and the mattresses were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed in terms of utensils and it was well organised. The location is a bit remote which we liked. There is a place to get a coffee on the beach and a fruit seller that we could walk to. Francesca was welcoming and was available for any questions.

Un appartement fonctionnel bien équipé sauf le four, très propre… belle chambre… qui donne sur un joli jardin privé et une cour avec table de jardin… environnement agréable… Giorgio a le souci du détail… tout est parfait . Un point de chute pour visiter les îles… car le village est peu attractif.
