The River Trail - Greenbrier Cottage

This 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home sits right on the Greenbrier river. Minutes from Marlinton, Siebert and Watoga State Park. Directly across the river is the Greenbrier River Trail. The great room offers tons of natural light with beautiful views of the river. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need. We also offer a canoe and kayak for your use as well as river floats, yard games, etc. There’s also a TV with DVDs and board games so you can relax and enjoy the evenings.

Rhonda's Retreat

A charming home in the heart of the small town of Marlinton. Greenbrier River and Trail both within walking distance. The home includes 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, front porch and back deck, living room and fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) , washer/dryer, and satellite tv in two rooms. No internet or WiFi. No central A/C, but window units in two bedrooms and lots of ceiling and area fans. A short drive to Snowshow, Cranberry Glades, Cass Railroad, Greenbank Observatory and more.

Being within eye view of the river, close to Snowshoe, Watoga State Park, and The Greenbrier River Trail, the Seebert Shack is the place for you and your family. Equipped with a pool table, poker table, cornhole boards, fire pit, and much more for the whole family. Enjoy two screened in porches with immaculate views. Our one-room cottage with river access sits a few hundred feet above the Greenbrier River, with lots of privacy. Queen bed, pullout couch with double bed, table and chairs, AC. Location is perfect for float trips, biking the Greenbrier River Trail, and hiking --10 minutes from Watoga State Park trails and fishing; 15 minutes from Cranberry Glades; an hour from Lewisburg, WV -- voted coolest town in American a few years ago. Our driveway fronts the river but not the cottage itself.
