lovely apartment. everything you need. easy walk to the beach. local shops nearby and an easy drive into city (or bus right out front).

Joanne and David were very generous and kind hosts. We enjoyed their company very much - it was as if they were long lost friends. The apartment was high quality with luxurious touches. A fully functional kitchen was supported by a large range of pantry items and treats. Probably the best Airbnb bed we have ever slept in. Great wifi and television with a range of program options. We were permitted to garden forage which supplied us with a huge amount of fruit and herbs. Private parking for our car, washing machine and deck with BBQ made for a very enjoyable and memorable stay.

I immediately felt like Neville could be my brother. Loved all the extras in our refrigerator that made our late arrival more relaxed and our first morning an easy relaxed day. Personal recommendations for the hikes we took were spot on. Taking advantage of Neville's friendly nature allowed me to watch him roast the coffee we were drinking and though I have worked as a Barista and know a lot about coffee, I learned a lot and had one of the best I have ever tasted. So nice to spread out in a clean, open, comfortable space.

Wonderful apartment by the water, with good restaurants nearby, decorated with very good taste and well equipped with everything you might need. TV comes with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. Great communication with Matt and Jocelyn who were always responsive, and Amanda made the check-in procedure extremely easy! Highly suggested!

Kirsty's place is definitely 'the pick of Picton'. The view over the sounds from the balcony was unbelievable. We so enjoyed watching the Interislander come and go in the Port opposite the apartment. The building is very secure, safe ad quiet. The apartment was huge and easily accommodates six people comfortably. The kitchen was very well-equipped if you want to cook but there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance to eat out. We did a lovely Beachcomber cruise through the Sounds and we only had to walk literally three minutes down the road to catch the boat. If you are considering this property, don't think twice. It is truly superb.

Perfect location for us close to a friend’s house on the waterfront. Easy walk to three restaurants and we used the bikes supplied to bike to Tahunanui Beach. Great balcony but a little noisy at times which can expected for the waterfront location beside the road. We would certainly stay again.

This was a lovely place with incredible views of the bay & all the activities associated with the ferries. We enjoyed the hike to Snout lookout & the cruise into the sound. Just a note that this is a downstairs apartment .

We had a lovely Easter stay at Debbie’s property. Her home perfectly suited our young family’s holiday needs while visiting family in Tasman. The Easter bunny even found us in Ruby Bay and left eggs in the garden for the children to discover. Debbie had thoughtfully equipped the home with family touches that made our time at Staffles a home away from home. She was very responsive to our communication. We will definitely be back to stay when next in NZ. Thank you Debbie!

Lovely New Zealand bach in amazing surroundings.

A beautiful home in a great location. If you a looking for peace, views, space for everyone and a beach location then this is a great spot. We really enjoyed how spacious the house is, and having two bathrooms and two living areas made for fewer teenage squabbles and a more relaxing time for all. The deck is a great spot to relax in the sun. We also admired the skilful craftsman ship that has gone into renovating this grand dame of a villa. Our bikes had a sheltered spot under the deck and we enjoyed connecting up with and exploring the cycle trails (although there is a bit of road to navigate before you get to them). All in all it was a superb stay and we were sad to leave. Claire is a great host.

We loved our stay again at Beachfront playground. It was a great location and ideal for young children. The house is very well equipped and has everything you could need. Easy access to other bays and Abel Tasman National Park. We will definitely be back.

What a find! We had three generations staying and every person loved this house. It had a beautiful homely feel with plenty of space for everyone. There was nothing better than getting to the top of the stairs and seeing that panoramic sea view. We definitely plan on coming back! Thanks for having us!

We had a great stay at the Pink Palace. The house was very clean and tidy, and had so many thoughtful touches to make it the best home away from home. We travelled as a family and it was the perfect set up. We will be back for sure!

We loved this Air BnB - the space was exactly what we needed for our family of 3. It was beautifully set out and super clean! The veggie garden was a nice surprise, there were lots of basics in the pantry to use etc. The hot tub was fab too! Jo was really responsive and helped us with a couple of small things we needed - thanks! Location to town was great - 5 minute drive. You can also walk via a private walkway to a pub with good food in 5 minutes. Just one thing to be aware of if you have small children - in the garden it leads onto a stream/river and there is no gate. It shouldn’t stop you going but kids will need supervising there. Highly recommend this place!

We absolutely loved everything about staying here! It’s more like staying in a luxury hotel. I’ve rented a lot in NZ and especially in Picton. This by far the best place I’ve ever been in. The 5th floor views are mesmerizing from the kitchen, lounge , balcony and master BR. Comfy sofa with a nice TV. And the beds!! Heavenly. Even my grandkids commented on how well they slept and how much they loved the sheets. We could have spent all day watching the boats and ferries but did get out for some nice shopping and great meals. I highly recommend Oxley’s bar and restaurant downstairs. The food was great. We loved this apartment and would love to stay again! Rochelle was great.

A perfect three nights in Nelson, Lynda’s home is in a gorgeous community of cottages with a couple amazing pubs close by. She has bikes that we were able to make use of and have fun cycling around the city. The home is clean, warm and cozy, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful location, was ridable to the local MTB park and walkable to the beach. Short drive to Abel Tasman as well. Highly recommend!
