You’ll love this charming property, set on an equestrian yard in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. A picturesque and peaceful location, with immediate access to walking trails (including The Viking Way), yet only a short drive away from popular attractions including Cadwell Park, local market towns and the Lincolnshire Coast. Goulceby is a quiet village with a popular pub five minutes walk from the property. We have ample parking for vehicles, including room for vehicle trailers.

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.
