You could not select a better location than this, with access to the Cape, beaches, and the Canal road for biking and walking. The apartment is modern and immaculate with a nice deck on which to relax. To top it off you could not find more pleasant hosts than Diane and Barry. We will surely visit again!

For us the location was perfect. My daughter ran the Newport marathon and the logistics were great for both her as a participant and us as spectators. It made the whole experience stress free. The accommodations were fantastic allowing us to make home made meals versus a restaurant situation. All in all a great arrangement for us.

This was my 6th year staying with Carolyn, in 3 different units. Carolyn is professional, and accommodating. I love the decorations, but the apartment is not cluttered, but the details are thoughtfully provided. Onset is my hometown so I am not impartial about the location. She responds promptly to questions and needs and checks in but does not hover. Carolyn is an excellent host and I am always happy to support her business.

This is a fantastic location, walkable to everything in Newport. Parking is included and that is a huge benefit. The rental is ideal for a single person or a couple, and makes for an easy and convenient way to experience all that Newport has to offer. I would recommend without hesitation, and hope to be back again soon!

I had a restful stay at Mark's place. It's in walking distance to the ferry along with other amenities like bike rental, supermarket, local restaurants, the Net Result, as well as the ferry terminal. It's a great option for anyone who wants to visit MV without a car as local buses are also nearby. Mark tends to his home with care. It's a distinctive place with tons of character, just like MV, which is why I've been returning to the island for 30+ years. I'll be back!

We had a very comfortable relaxed stay! The space was clean and well equipped. The beds were soooo comfortable as was all the living room furniture! Craig was very responsive and accommodating to our schedule. We lived the location and made two visits to the close by Big Red slide and walked the beach! So close! I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return.

We had a wonderful time !!! Dave and Diana are great hosts everything was better than expected. They let us know that the apartment was ready for an early check in ( we really appreciated that) Such a comfortable home with a beautiful view!!!! The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was so easy living there we didn't want to leave. We were in the area to visit our grandchildren and having them over to the lake was perfect!!! God blessed us with beautiful weather and the house was stocked with beach towels, bug spray , sunscreen and snacks. Kudos Diana for thinking of everything👍 The grandchildren give the place a 5 star review and are calling it " our lake house" We only wish 😃 Thank you for sharing this wonderful place we hope to return again.

The house was absolutely beautiful!!! It is airy and bright, and the views are beautiful and its in a quiet area. House was absolutely spotless and very well appointed. It's close (but yet far enough away) from numerous great restaurants and parks. Highly highly recommend. Would definitely stay there again. And the host is communicative - thinks of what you need before you even ask.

Joseph was a wonderful host . Very responsive and friendly, helpful. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood overlooking the water with a beautiful reflection of the sunrise and a beautiful sunset. Small private beach . Nice coffee and cheese shop two miles away with a few fabulous shops. We were there to relax and that's exactly what we did !! Thank you Joseph

This place was so lovely! My mom and I had a lovely calm, relaxing vacation here! We cooked and ordered in and watched the boats on the water and took out the paddle board! Super easy to get it in the water and it was calm and easy to paddle up and down the river. I even saw a young sea turtle which was unbelievably special! Our host was communicative and accommodating and had great recommendations! I was able to walk to a local coffee shop that was excellent and very cute and another close by that have fun bubble teas and great breakfast food. Highly recommend!

This property was stunning! As described. Brenda was extremely responsive to messages. My family appreciated the labeling she had done, it made everything very easy to find. Anything you could want this place has it, from super comfortable beds, tons of space, clean, and beautiful views! We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this home with a group of five people and the home fit everyone great. The view from the home of the marsh is beautiful and we spent Saturday hanging out on the dock. I've been to Newport many times on day trips, but never for an overnight. My partner had never been to Rhode Island, so I thought it would be fun to stay in downtown Newport and explore while also visiting with family in Providence. Pelham Court could not be more convenient. Perfectly located across from the waterfront, the property is safe, secure and convenient. A big plus is off-street parking. Our one-bedroom unit was awesome. Spacious, well-appointed and very comfortable. Although we were in the middle of everything, we had peace and quiet. The Pelham Court team were awesome: responsive, friendly, helpful and ready to offer local insights, including when we just wanted to stay in and order pizza. I would highly recommend this as your Newport getaway that's close to everything. Great accommodations, great location, and great professional support.

We had a wonderful time at Rob's place in Provincetown this February. If you are looking for a quiet place on the East End in the off season this is an exceptional spot. Beautiful water views from the condo. A gorgeous beach with some of the best views in Provincetown is right across the street. Condo was perfectly cleaned upon arrival and exactly as described. Couldn't ask for more.

Beautiful place with cozy, beachy decor. We loved the location right on the beach with an incredible view! We could walk around town. The place was perfect and we would definitely stay there again!

Brian’s place was a lovely stay! Extremely clean, beautiful and comfortable. Many thoughtful touches throughout the home and a well stocked kitchen for any cooking. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Jack was fantastic. Not only was the place gorgeous and comfortable, a snowstorm hit while we were there and he helped us navigate that and offered what he could do to help us out. Wonderful location, amazing views, and comfy home. 10/10

Highly recommended!!! We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Scott’s condo! It was private and quaint so much so that we felt right at home! The front porch was wonderful to sit and say our hellos and speak to people! It is on a main road so lots of interactions and of course where there is people there is noise but even that was lovely! We walked everywhere mostly as everything from restaurant’s to shops right at our finger tips! Scott was great and all that was provided for us was quite amazing! We just shopped for food as we did cook a few times as well as ate out. We will definitely be back to stay again!!!
