Back doors lead to the huge patios and beautiful pool. Front door leads to a small patio and parking. From the car to the door is about 12'. It has a microwave, mini fridge, ceiling fan, dresser, closet, toilet room & bathroom with brand new shower and vanity. It has a very comfortable bed. it is 240sq.ft. WOW, new gorgeous ceramic tile floor

Our peaceful neighborhood has oaks, owls etc. Suite is clean & comfortable with private access & opens to pool & walled courtyard patio area. Kitchenette provides simple cooking with skillet, etc. but no range. Master bed has queen bed with own TV and there's a large TV in living area.
