We love Margate and we think our cottages are the perfect base to make the most of all that this amazing town has to give! Cottage no 14 is located right in the heart of Margate's Old Town. It is one of two cottages that we offer, both of which are tucked away in a private gated courtyard on Love Lane. The cottages are literally yards from the many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars that the Old Town has to offer and are a stone's throw from the beautiful harbour and beach. And we have parking!

Stunning sea views just steps from the beach

A beautiful, light and airy flat with sea views from every room. The whole flat has been recently renovated with 9 refurbished sash windows. Facing East to West it boasts both sunrise and sunset views over the sea on either side of the building. From the kitchen, bathroom and second bedroom you can see the iconic orange Lido tower and out to Walpole Bay pool. From the main bedroom and living room you can track the tide by day and enjoy Margate’s spectacular sunsets with a drink every evening.

Enjoy the convenience of this beautifully renovated two-bed Victorian flat with a private entrance and easy access parking close by. Located in the heart of Margate's vibrant Old Town, you're just a short walk from the main sands beach, Turner Gallery, vintage shops, art galleries and restaurants, so you can fully immerse yourself in the Margate culture. The flat is in the centre of town which means there is traffic noise and people noise but you have easy access to everything margate offers.

Once a hidden gem, Botany Bay is a short walk away

Just a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Botany Bay. The ‘Hide-Away’ is all you need to enjoy a peaceful break by the sea. The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

A brand new beautifully decorated loft apartment at the top of a house. Peaceful, Stylish and unique. 5- 10 minutes away from everything, beach, old town, restaurants and bars. Set on a quiet rd in Cliftonville. Contains everything you could possibly need. Run by myself, I’m a fashion/interior designer who is very friendly and down to earth and go above and beyond to make sure my guests have the best possible stay. Best if your an animal lover as there’s pets on premises. LBGT friendly🌈

Characterful sea view flat

Welcome! This beautiful old building sits above the old Lido in Margate, a short walk from the Turner Contemporary and Old Town. You can be on the beach in 3mins or sitting in one of Cliftonville's many beautiful cafes. My flat is light and airy with wooden floors throughout. A great weekend spot! Please note in winter this period building can get cold! so pack a jumper. There are also some bars nearby that open late. These can be a bit noisy on the weekends (if you’re not in the bars).

We call it SeaSeat because it’s hard to drag yourself away from watching the sea in the daytime or marvelling at the sunsets at dusk. This special place is close to everything that Margate has to offer, it’s right in the old town where all the funky shops, bars and restaurants are and a couple of minutes from the Turner Gallery. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Stay and Swim is just a couple of minutes walk from the beach at Westbay and the indoor pool, with endless swim current, is available all year round. The property has a private garden with seating area and newly refurbished rooms with sky views. Rest assured Nick holds a Level 3 qualification in pool plant operation so we know to make sure the pool is always clean and healthy.
