City bus system close by, St Charles Streetcar within walking distance and only $7-$9 by Uber or Lyft into the center of the city. Parking outside right in front of the house. (Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). Sleek two bedroom apartment in a newly constructed contemporary style guest house just two and half blocks from St. Charles Avenue. Walking distance to street cars and garden district neighborhood. Quick drive to Superdome, Convention Center, and freeway ramp. The guest house has a private entrance and a small yard with a privacy fence that separates it from the main house. Balcony Suite on Tchoupitoulas by Convention Centr

Circa 1840 brick building, The Balcony Suite with private bathroom was recently Restored/Renovated with new furnishings and fixtures.. Monday-Friday 8-5 we're not a quiet corner but on any night it’s relaxing, providing a restful night. Our neighbor, Race & Religious, hosts weddings with live music but never past 11PM. If you need to go to bed early, we might not be a good fit. Uniquely located, close to the Garden District, Arts/Museum District, French 1/4 and the Conventional Center
