Emil is a fantastic host—very hospitable and welcoming. It felt like home there. He is always available to help and resolve any issues we might encounter. He provided great recommendations and has an amazing house. I will definitely come again, highly recommend him!

Good place to stay near to Nizami street

This was a perfect stay. The Manager, Mr. Mohammad was so proactive and responsive. He took care of every small issues if guest faced during the stay. Overall, this is just few steps away from iconic Nizami Street

I recently had an exceptional stay at Khayyam's place. He was incredibly helpful, ensuring every aspect of my visit was comfortable and seamless. From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease due to his warm hospitality and clear communication. The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra pillows and blankets, and a fully equipped kitchen. The location was ideal, offering quick access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Khayyam's dedication to making the stay memorable was outstanding; he was always available to answer questions and assist with any needs that arose. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming home away from home.

Gunel is a fabulous host!!! I recommend staying here not just because the location is amazing and apartment is beautiful but because of Gunnel. She goes the extra mile to ensure that the guests are always comfortable and she is very helpful. She responds immediately and helped us plan our local day tours and inter city tours too. We were given a free airport pick up and were taken to an amazing place to enjoy local cuisine. Throughout the trip she was available to answer all my queries and is very supportive. My family (including 4 young children) had an amazing time at Kanan's house. Everything was ready at the check-in, both check-in and checkouts were flexible which is highly appreciated when with small children. My family has fallen in love with the garden, the pool and the summer kitchen area. Everything was made to enjoy time together and make great memories. The house was very large, with ACs and all appliences needed. Kids especially loved the toys and Kanan has gone above and beyond with kids toys, so they have fun! Kanan was super quick to respond, always super helpful and clear communication. His dad who we've also met was also delightful gentleman to communicate with. The place is in a quiet area, among families. Taxi can be ordered via yango app, food delivery oj wolt also works to the house. Mardakan has few interesting restaurants and of course Baku is not far. Mynrecommendation for travelling families is to hire car rental, as we found some taxis refusing to take stroller.

The best host and the best place to stay. I stayed with my family for 6 nights and had no problems. Elyar was helpful to us in all ways and was just a text away. He even helped us with free airport pick up and drop. This is a must recommeded place. Thankyou 🙂

Irada's place is peaceful and surrounded with beautiful pomegranate and their family historical fig tree. our host was always responsive and very kind. She infact gave us fig jam that she made from the tree in the garden. The home was spotless and clean. It has all amenities we needed and was just perfect. we took morning walk at the Caspian sea which is walkable. Nearby restaurants are either sea breeze or Masaram plaza. Bolt was available though.

We are very thankful and grateful to have and choose this apartment and host Mr. Huseyn. We had a best host so far as travellers because Mr. Huseyn allowed us to checked in early and checked out late since out flight get delayed for 2 hours more, he allowed us to stay until 5pm and yet after knowing our flights delayed he adjusted again and allow us to stay until 7PM. Also the whole apartment is clean and comfortable to stay, he also responsible and responsive host that will reply and help you when you chat him. thank you so much Mr. Huseyn for letting us stayed with lots of peace of mind and wonderful experienced here in Baku, Azerbaijan. Everything was clean and nice. We appreciated the appliances: a washing machine, drying rack, and, even better, dryer, hoover, dishwasher, and cloth in the kitchen.
