Mar Menor: soggiorni in alloggi con braciere

La estancia nos ha gustado mucho, seguramente repitamos el año que viene, La casa es preciosa, es como tu hogar, tiene personalidad, tiene un aspecto más antiguo pero todo funciona bien y está cuidado, dan ganas de quedarse..el jardín y la piscina dan vida, toda la familia estuvimos súper agusto! Sobretodo mi hija y mis perretes. Enhorabuena Irina y gracias por tu hospitalidad.

Villa Perlita is a wonderful modern home with everything you need to enjoy your break away. Spotless and organised. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Amazing outdoor space which unfortunately we were unable to use due to rain for the whole of our 7 days stay. Absolutely no negatives about the beautiful villa and have no hesitation in recommending. Thank you.

Un fin de semana muy agradable y el anfitrión super amable y servicial, muy satisfecho. La piscina está muy fresca, lo que fue una grata sorpresa y fundamental para luchar contra el calor!

Krisztian was a wonderful host! Always responded quickly and was so helpful. The villa is clean and comfortable and only 1 minute walk to the large communal pool. A lovely quiet area and we spent most evenings outside listening to the birds and watching the sunsets. Easy place to get to from Alicante airport and easy access to local beaches and short drives to Cartagena and other local areas. A fantastic place to relax and enjoy the weather and scenery. The communal pool was never busy and has a smaller more shallow kids pool next to the main one. Highly recommend both the villa and host Krisztian.

un muy buen lugar para hospedarse con la familia, la casa está bien distribuida y el lugar es acogedor, la limpieza es buena y hay las cosas necesarias para poder alojarte más de un día, un buen lugar muy recomendado. 👌🏼

Sehr schöner Ort zum entspannen, da etwas abseits gelegen, dennoch ist man schnell mit dem Auto in der Stadt. Die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und Jan ist für alle Fragen immer erreichbar :) sehr gerne kommen wir zurück wenn wir in der Gegend sind

Un appartement bien situé, avec garage à quelques minutes à pied. Proche de la plage que l'on rejoint à pied. Ascenseur. Petit balcon terrasse qui donne sur les voisins mais qui est agréable pour le petit déjeuner. Manque d'intimité car pas de rideaux aux fenêtres. Climatisation (et elle est indispensable quand il fait très chaud comme en été par exemple). Nous avons passé quelques nuits dans cet appartement. Nous y reviendrons. Mari Carmen est très arrangeante et très flexible pour les arrivées et/ou départs.

Beautiful property in a lovely area. Literally a stones throw from the sea and lush grass space in front of the sea which is great for sunbathing. Property is well kitted out with everything you need and the roof terrace makes the property with its amazing sea view and comfy swing chair. Would return just for that. Host was very helpful and proactive with communication and the video of how to get there was a lovely touch

Traumhaft! Wir haben einen ganzen Monat in dem Apartment verbracht und sind absolut begeistert. Wir haben im Homeoffice gearbeitet und dafür was das Wifi bestens geeignet. Die Einrichtung ist super schön und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Wir haben ausgiebig die Anlage mit Gym, Sauna und Whirlpool genutzt und es uns gut gehen lassen. Mit dem Auto oder Scooter ist das Meer sehr schnell zu erreichen und zum Supermarkt kann man laufen. Auch auf der riesigen Terrasse haben wir viel Zeit verbracht. Alles sah genau aus wie auf den Bildern und wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit. Der gesamte Monat war ein wahrer Traum. Wir können diese Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und auch jederzeit wieder buchen. :)

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohnungskomplex mit mehreren Eigentumswohnungen. Es gibt einen Pool mit Schwimmer- und Nichtschwimmerbereich, der das ganze Jahr genutzt werden kann. Die Wohnung von Sandra ist im Erdgeschoss Richtung Straße. Sie besteht aus drei Zimmern, zwei Bädern, einer Küche und einer großen Terasse. Sie ist perfekt geeignet für eine vierköpfige Familie. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. In wenigen Minuten kann man zu Fuß das Meer erreichen oder auf den Hügeln spazieren gehen. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel zu Fuß erreichbar und mit einem schönen Spaziergamg kann man in ca. 30 Minuten Santa Pola erreichen. Sandra ist eine sehr freundliche und nette Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

todo perfecto. apartamento en zona tranquila con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. la playa nada más cruzar la calle. la piscina te salva cuando hay bandera roja si tienes niños. y el garaje también es un gran añadido.

ha estado todo muy bien tal como corresponde en las fotos clara muy amable y sobre todo es para viajar y descansar hay muchas cosas para hacer y la instalación muy top 100% recomendable para ir en pareja y descansar un poco es una zona que hay mucho turista inglés y de otros lados

Apartment was brilliant . Very clean and had everything you would need . Lovely big roof terrace which was great with a morning coffee . Would definitely return
