The apartment was beautiful and well equipped. Had everything we needed - and more - for a month’s stay. The view is spectacular and so soothing. Cabo de Palos is a wonderful town with lots of good restaurants and tavernas. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Having a washer AND dryer as well as a dishwasher was so convenient. Many places to walk. The lighthouse is awesome. Cartagena is only 20 minutes away and has so much history. Pedro is one of the best hosts we’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. So helpful, friendly and responsive. This place is a true gem. Our stay here was exceptional.

Thank you Joe and Amparo ! My stay was absolutely wonderful and both of them were very responsive whenever I got in contact, so helpful. The listing is a little worn and tired but there was absolutely everything you need for a great stay. What the apartment lacked cosmetically was made up by a beautiful peaceful location, just a few steps from the beach and a great jetty to swim off and sunbathe ! The sunrise is stunning too ! Not to be missed. It’s a great base to explore the Mar Menor region of which I did including Los Alcazares and Cabo de Palos . It’s a beautiful village and oh the cafeteria across the road ! Son una pareja maravillosa, son súper amables, el apartamento muy cómodo, nos ha encantado 🥰 estamos agradecidos con ellos.

Villa was perfect for our family of 4. Lots of room to spread out and the kitchen was fully equipped. Enjoyed the large outdoor space with multiple terraces and the host was always helpful and quick to respond.

Experiencia muy agradable, el piso estaba limpio, muy cuidado y ordenado, con todo lo que necesitábamos cerca de nosotros, las habitaciones increíbles con TV grandes y con todo equipado para disfrutar de lo que necesites, piscina comunitaria muy tranquila y bonita, la casa en general es muy confortable y cómoda, un hogar para cualquiera que se quede allí, en cuanto a Cristophe muy atento a todo, muy flexible, amable y educado, nosotros volveremos!

Maravillosa estancia. Parecía que estuviésemos en nuestra casa. Todo detalles y espacio. La casa no necesita nada más! Chema un chico estupendo y pendiente. Nos recibieron sus padres que son encantadores también. Muchas gracias por todo y volveremos sin duda.

Notre séjour chez Juan s'est très bien passé. Il est très amical et disponible. L'appartement est idéalement situé prés de la plage et avec piscine commune. Très calme et paisible, idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Pour plus de facilité niveau logistique il est conseillé de disposer d'une voiture. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir avec grand plaisir et nous le recommandons les yeux fermés.

Very cozy, comfortable and clean apartment with amazing sea-view. There is a nice tennis court in 30 meters near house. Free parking. About 5-minutes walk to supermarkets Aldi and Mercadona. Only 2 minutes walk to the best beach La Mata. Strongly recommend this apartment for vacation

Un apartamento muy chulo, bien equipado, y limpio. La ubicación estupenda, la playa a un paso, varios parques infantiles cerca, restaurantes, tiendas, supermercado, farmacia, heladería valenciana artesana, incluso biblioteca y sin problema para aparcar. El anfitrión amable y atento siempre. Volveríamos encantados.

Ik denk dat alles al gezegd is door anderen. Waanzinnig uitzicht, fijn appartement op een heerlijke plek! Alsof we thuis waren. Intens genoten met ons gezin. (Om het wellicht NOG perfecter te maken, wij misten wel een waterkoker en kapstok voor jassen, maar goed dan gaan we zeiken om het zeiken ;) )

Suosittelemme lämpimästi asuntoa ja ympäristöä. Sopivan lähellä mm. ruokakaupat, ravintoloita, meri ja hyvät hiekkarannat, pyörävuokraamo. Todella kiva lenkkeillä upeissa maisemissa ja käydä katsomassa flamingoja. Asunto oli yksi viihtyisimmistä missä olemme majoittuneet ja kommunikointi toimi moitteettomasti. Poreallas oli iso plussa helmikuussa. Voisimme helposti tulla tänne uudelleen. Kiitos!

Séjour très agréable dans la maison de Julieta, tout est parfait: décoration, espaces, c’est très fonctionnel et pratique! Le quartier est calme et proche des restaurants, je recommande notamment Vino Divino Bar Restaurante sur la Plaza Nueva . Le jardin méditerranéen et d’une manière générale tout l’extérieur sont top!Proximité également à pied de la plage et du très beau Paséo Sardinero ! On peut se garer facilement dans la rue et les axes routiers pour visiter , sont tout proches! Une belle expérience que je recommande à 100%!

This place is just perfect. The views are so amazing and we could never get bored of them. The apartment is so tastefully decorated and the furnishings are so lovely and modern. The apartment has everything you need and more. Highly recommend

We loved staying at Paco's place. The view every morning looking out of the many windows where you can see the beach is amazing. We stayed for 3 months during winter. As the rooms are facing south-east, it was nearly every day warm enough to let the heating off. The few days we needed the heating, it was super effective. All communication was like it should be. Small problems were getting fixed as fast as possible and intermediate solutions provided in the meantime (for example the heating in the living room broke and the spare parts took a week to arrive; Paco organized a radiator to keep us warm). The water pressure in the showers is low, but we got used to it. We didn't use the underground garage because the driveway is too steep for our car, our driving abilities and our willingness for taking risks ;) We always found a spot on the streets nearby. These were the only drawbacks we had, everything else was perfect and we can imagine coming back! Thank you, Paco!

Ми вперше зупинялися в апартаментах Mintaka, і можемо з упевненістю сказати, що обов’язково повернемося сюди знову. Нас зустрів Alejandro, який усе детально пояснив і показав. Усе було чудово, апартаменти повністю відповідають опису. На території є прекрасний сад, розділений на дві зони. З одного боку — чудове місце для вечорів біля вогнища, де можна розпалити костер. З іншого боку — зручна зона з грилем, де ми насолоджувалися смачними стравами. Під час нашого перебування у нас виникла проблема з автомобілем. Нам двічі допомогли з виїздом. Щиро дякуємо за таку підтримку! Власниця Belén та її сімʼя — надзвичайно приємні та чуйні люди. Рекомендуємо ці апартаменти всім, хто шукає комфортне та гостинне місце для відпочинку.

La casa es impresionante! Espaciosa, y ya solo por la terraza y sus vistas merece la pena ir! Y hace mucho que dentro haya aire acondicionado. Estaba todo nuevo y limpio. La única pega es que la plaza de parking es un poco pequeña para aparcar bien

El hospedaje estaba perfecto para mí esposo y para mí, tenía todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia, además la ubicación es realmente perfecta, a media cuadra de una de las mejores playas de la ciudad, y súper cerca de la zona de esparcimiento, supermercado, bares y más, de verdad volvería a repetir 🙌 muy recomendado
