Maputo: soggiorni in case vacanze

For 3 weeks we made this place our home! The colonial style house has three spacious and one smaller bedrooms. It was perfect for a group of five but could easily house 2 more people. It has a big and comfortable living room and a big terrace, albeit a little noisy at times (no problem for those who enjoy African street life, as we did). Here, we loved to take our meals or just linger. Additionally, there’s a large balcony upstairs. The location is in a central residential area, just a few blocks from Av. 24 de Julho, the heart of Maputo‘s main shopping district, and Praça da Independencia. Our host, Sara, has been very kind and responsive to our requests and always provided immediate service where needed. Last but by no means least to mention is the very kind and helpful house service - the guards and the housekeepers - who did everything to make us feel comfortable and welcome, not just as paying guests but REAL house guests. Obrigado a todos, for really making us feel like home!

A Isaura foi muito receptiva com a minha família. Sempre pronta a ajudar. A acomodação é excelente, casa limpa e aconchegante, vale mesmo a pena . Espero voltar em breve ☺️☺️

This was a great place to stay. It was a short drive to and from the airport. We crossed a beautiful bridge. We were able to easily travel to and from the city center. And the property offered a quite and relaxing atmosphere plus I just loved the pool!

A casa Mapulene é linda e correspondeu as minhas expectativas e da minha família. Zona calma, casa linda, limpa e arrumada. Não tivemos problema de água nem de luz. Pedi taças de espumante e la encontrei tal como prometido😃. Mas aconselho a ter mais atenção a loiça para ver sempre se tudo vai de acordo com o nr de hóspedes. No caso, tivemos colheres, garfos e facas a menos. E sugiro que compre uma tesoura para a cozinha (coisa de mulher 😅). Sem mais comentários. Parabéns pela linda casa. With the tense situation as it was in Mozambique at the time of our stay, without Rebecca's out stay would not had been joyful. For all the problems that arouse with getting into the country, Rebecca or a member of her family to assist with recommending places to go, security upgrades to the property, cleanliness, fast internet service, and stable electricity. As I've lived in Maputo before, Rebecca's location was a location familiar after 10 years ago. Would highly recommend Rebecca's property for your stay in Mozambique.
