Relax in the southern sunset on the large veranda listening to the calls of local birds. The fenced in yard is very large and has a basketball court and pool.

It is entirely located on a first floor, which makes it brighter and safer. Access to the house is either from the front or rear stairs. The private parking has space for 2 cars; while the garden includes an external kitchen with barbecue facilities, available for lazy afternoons.
