With amazing views and the Taste Tasman cycle trail at the end of the road this is the perfect retreat to get away from it all. We're lucky to be surrounded by farmland, countryside, mountains, sea, National Parks, fresh air and birdsong. Just a short 10 minute drive from the popular village of Mapua and 10 minutes from Motueka this artistic, modern, roomy and stylish studio is a perfect getaway. The Studio is located at the rear of our home property, down a private drive, with ample parking.

Wendels Acre is a rural property, our house and grounds is an acre of garden & 4 acres of land, running sheep. The studio has sea views and it's own private garden. The location is close to Mapua Village, Rabbit Island, Motueka, Great taste cycle trail (Nelson to Kaiteriteri), Kaiteriteri Mountain bike park, & Abel Tasman National Park. We have enhanced the plantings to encourage native birds which is a quiet, relaxing & tranquil area. We are a retired couple looking forward to hosting you.

Compact, Self contained, clean, quiet, comfortable and 10 mins walk to City Centre. Surrounded by trees but still has a unique uninterrupted view of the Port and City.

House is situated on Britannia Heights overlooking Tasman Bay with beautiful sea views and an outdoor swimming pool. Our guest space is on the ground floor of our house which offers 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a large lounge and kitchenette. 20 minute walk into town. 5 minute walk to the ocean. There is Netflix and Sky TV available in the lounge and a BBQ for your use.

Private Studio with Stunning Views

One bedroom private studio with own bathroom and living area. Tea, coffee etc available as well as a toaster, microwave and induction hob along with necessary equipment e.g. cutlery, crockery, bowls, pot and frypan. Location is close to Saxton Fields, Nelson/Tasman Hospice, Cricket Oval, Stoke Shopping Centre and en route to Abel Tasman National Park.
