Loved this tiny home so much we started researching about buying our own! Highly recommend staying here, great location only 30 minutes from a ton of food options.

The cottage was just as described, cute, clean and cozy! The surrounding area was peaceful and quiet. It is close enough to Main Street which gives the feeling of being “out of town” but at the same time “accessible to town”. Thanks for a comfortable stay!

A slice of heaven! This was exactly what our life was missing. Being away from the hectic city, never having to check the time, and the peaceful surroundings provided more healing than any therapy session ever could. We've been discussing plans to make it a regular get a way spot!

Melinda was friendly and responsive. We had thought we’d locked ourselves out, and she responded within 15 minutes. When I had a concern they were there and had had it resolved in a timely manner. The inside is inviting, comfortable and clean! The couch was exceptionally comfortable with extra pillows too. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It’s just a block or two from campus, and we enjoyed walking around campus and to the Malt Shop for lunch. The exterior leaves much to be desired, but the interior was so clean it made up the difference. We appreciated having a good washer and dryer too!

Wow! This was a fabulous place. It was so roomy with two large sectional couches in their own areas. The bedrooms were just as described with plenty of room for our group. The bathroom was very convenient with the walk-in area with two sinks on opposite sides And then two toilet closets. One with the toilet and a standup shower stall. A second one with the toilet and a bathtub. The furnishings and decorations were so inviting and motivational. We will definitely stay here again if the need arises. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

For starters, this home was absolutely gorgeous! It was even more stunning in person. The property and home was well maintained, and there’s plenty of space for family and friends to gather together! Trista was super friendly and communicative! Absolutely no complaints. I would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

We loved our stay so much, and I love knowing when I come to Spring City, there's a beautiful place to stay. The property was so charming, and we loved the history. We walked to Das Cafe for breakfast, and enjoyed the deer. I will definitely be staying here again!
