Enjoy a panoramic ocean view in a beautiful and spotlessly clean cottage, only a two-minute walk to the beach. We rent to a maximum of 4 adult guests and two children, and do not permit parties or events. Guests observe Quiet Time and Night Sky (10pm-7 am) and Good Neighbor Policies.

TreeHouse is a beautifully designed Manzanita Craftsman style home. Beach access is just 300ft down the quiet, unimproved road. With vaulted kitchen and great room with lounge upstairs, 2 cozy bedrooms and Master Suite downstairs, this "upside down" house feels like a tree house at the beach! Regal Seagull Manzanita Beach Vacation Getaway

An open A frame two blocks from the beach and within walking distance to Nehalem Bay State Park and the golf course. Manzanita's main street with shops and restaurants is a short 20 minute walk or few minutes drive. A wood burning stove is provided to keep you warm and cozy! *This house is a one bedroom with a queen bed and a large loft. The loft space is where the additional two queen beds are located.

Groovy digs on the Bay

Nestled in Nehalem just a mile from Manzanita sits our Bay Home. It's inspired by nature and intended to be a fish bowl looking out into the endless scenery. The house is comfortable and easily accessible from US101 south of Cannon beach and Arch Cape. You will have some difficulties deciding to stay in or head out. A great compromise is to stay in and look out as the tides come and go.
