This is a Special Needs Unit. It has lower counters and roll in shower in the 2nd Bathroom. It will be on lower floors and may have a limited to no view.

OCEANfit Escape at Playa Doberman w/gym

Oceanfront Home with Commercial Gym Our two-story home is situated in a private gated community between Seaside and Astoria. We reside upstairs and rent out the downstairs unit, which features a full kitchen (see photos). Please note, while the unit is separate, occasional noise from our family upstairs may be heard.
