We were there for a funeral. One family member came in from Hawaii, one from Washinton, and one from Califirnia. The apartment was cozy, well-appointed, and literally a block from the beach. The nearby grocery store and eateries was helpful. Would we stay there again? Absolutely.

The apartment was clean, quiet, and exactly as described in the listing. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour chez Jenna. L’appartement était spacieux et très propre, comme sur les photos. Bien situé, à quelques minutes du boardwalk, quartier tranquille. Nous avons rencontré Jenna et son mari, qui étaient très gentils. Ils se sont assurés que tout se passait bien pour nous et ils nous ont donné des recommandations de restaurants. Je recommande sans hésiter!

The place is beautiful specially for night city view . Quite place . House is very clean everything and host is very friendly and respectful and responsible. I recommend it’s best for summer because you can enjoy river view on board and fresh air . Winters it’s very cold for close to river for air . We had fun and we enjoyed. Pretty quiet place. Lovely . My family had a wonderful stay at William’s place, the children were very excited they especially loved the upstairs bed…can’t tell why the bed makes them happy 😅 but, from they are happy, I am happy. The stay was a good one, thank you William for your quick response when called upon, and for making sure that the stay was a good one.

This was a wonderful place to stay with my family. It’s only 20 minutes from the ferry if you’re planning to go to New York. The location is surrounded by all the stores you could possibly need. The yard is enormous, which was a pleasant surprise. Although it’s too cold to go swimming, the beach is within walking distance.

Carmen’s place was great, very spacious, neat & clean and nicely decorated. Bathrooms were also all done up real nice. It was perfect for 4 families and the basement was perfect for the kids. The house was pretty close to everything and the street we were on was very quiet. Carmen and Louis were both very responsive to our needs and easy to work with. I would definitely stay there again. As a former Long Beacher, I was excited to find Manuel’s place for my family’s stay after traveling up from the South. The house is well stocked and provides what you need as your home away from home. The location is perfect as you can easily walk to the beach, shops, restaurant, playground. Manuel was friendly, very responsive and easy to communicate with!

David was a phenomenal host! His hospitality was great and his accommodations for my guests were exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend David to anyone looking for the beach front oasis.

This is the best value accommodation in Brooklyn and Queens. If you commute up North by car regularly you will have to pay the tolls, so getting a EZPass Transponder is essential. You should plan far out if you take MTA. It is also amazing that there is a washer, dryer, and stove that some other Airbnbs restrict or don't have. Street parking is manageable unlike some densly populated parts in the city. Also being by the beach is great.

Nick’s place is the jackpot! My stay was comfortable and peaceful - two of my most important requirements in an airbnb. I had everything I needed, and Nick checked in to make sure my stay was going smoothly. He was also readily available for any questions I had. I loved the ease of attending my workshop at Pioneer Works. While my colleagues were taking Ubers in from other parts of Brooklyn and Manhattan, I had a mere 4 block walk. And the Red Hook neighborhood is a slice of life. I had everything I needed within a few blocks - restaurants, bars,bodegas and a few nice shops. This was an absolutely delightful place to stay, and I look forward to coming back and hopefully staying longer next time.

We had a wonderful stay! Our unit was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Sherri was super accommodating of our family and very responsive.

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

Great hospitality and communication was excellent. View of the water and lots of space. Could also park right out front, vet accommodating and friendly.
