Fully stocked kitchen, smokeless grill, wine fridge upon request, k-cup/drip coffee machine. The lake has bass, we provide fishing poles/tackle box. Rentable Kayaks & Canoe. Welcome to your cozy retreat in the quiet suburb of Brandon! Nestled within my home, this private room offers a serene escape with its own private entrance. The room features a snug bed with clean linens, a private bathroom for your convenience, and thoughtful amenities including complimentary WiFi, a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Located about 20-23 minutes (depending on traffic to downtown Tampa, Busch Gardens, USF).

The Strawberry Field Stilt House

555 square foot house overlooking 30 acres of strawberry fields and trees. Extra guest fee is $20 per person per night after 2. Dogs are allowed with pre-approval. NO cats allowed. There is a $100 pet cleaning fee. Yes you will have the house to yourself. I stay in another house on the same property so I’ll generally be around if you have any questions or issues.
