Karapiro Lake Views

Karapiro Lake View is an 8 year old modern 4 bedroom home overlooking the lake and the international Rowing course. Boat ramp and swimming 200 m away at the end of the street, and the rowing course and cafe are 5 minutes walk just the other side of the Karapiro dam. 2 canoes, paddles and lifejackets, sunny outdoor decks, BBQ and fantastic views make this a special place to relax. Your sanctuary at our sanctuary

Welcome to Sanctuary Mountain Maungatautari! Located on the side of our visitor centre sits a spacious two-bedroom home. It is a relaxing and comfortable place to unwind, with stunning views and amazing walking trails right at your door. We are New Zealand's largest fenced eco-sanctuary, home to 2,500 kiwi which you should be able to hear at night. Your accommodation includes free access for self-guided walks through the Southern Enclosure, or book a tour to get truly immersed in nature.

The home is close to many activities and places of interest eg. Waikato River Trails, Hobbiton, Blue Spring, Arapuni Suspension bridge , Sanctuary Mountain and Riverside Adventures. Dreamy sunsets over Lake Taupo & Ruapehu

Our modern home is 15 minutes from Taupō yet feels like a private hideaway. Quiet and secluded, it looks out to Lake Taupō and Mount Ruapehu, with stunning sunsets. Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. Not suitable for children. Hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided (sorry guests keep taking them and it’s to hard to constantly replace).

Hunts Farm - Te Kūiti

We welcome you to our relaxed and peaceful accommodation, 2km from the main street in Te Kūiti. We are a working farm, where we live onsite with our family, and have accommodation to share with you. The accommodation is set amongst our home and main gardens. Stay here to experience the beauty of rural New Zealand living, with stunning views, yet being located close to town. The spacious deck and outdoor lounge allow you to spread out and make yourself at home.
