Manatee County: soggiorni in cottage

We had a wonderful vacation at the Siesta Beach Cottages. The property was exactly as described in the listing. The condo very clean and had everything my family of 4 needed for a week’s vacation - beach chairs, beach towels, bikes, grill, washer/dryer, bedsheets, towels, and full kitchen. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Communication about the property, amenities, and location, and nearby activities made the stay stress-free! Cottages are within short walk to the beautiful beach and restaurants. Thanks for a great vacation, can’t wait to return!

We had the best time - it was everything we could've wanted in a rental! This was our first time staying in Holmes Beach and we loved it. The house is close to everything in town. We used and enjoyed all the wonderful amenities that Craig provides - the golf cart (a must!), beach cruisers, beach wagon, umbrella and chairs. The pool, hot tub and hammock were also a highlight for us. We can't wait to come back!

We came with three other families so we had possession of all four cottages. Check-in was extremely easy and smooth. They went above and beyond to try to get us in early since they knew we were arriving before check-in. It was the perfect space to gather all our family and friends and be able to enjoy family dinners each night together. The location was great for us! Our teenagers walked down every day to where all the hustle and bustle was, but the adults really enjoyed being at the more peaceful end of the beach. I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is. It had all the amenities that you could ask for. Plenty of restaurants to walk to. Would highly recommend this place, especially for multiple families as it was nice to be able to gather, but to also have your own space. We will definitely return! A very cute, comfortable, clean and exceptionally appointed cottage. Brian is a wonderful host. We really enjoyed our stay there and look forward to visiting again. The SOS facility is a great place for family stays and is a major plus as well.

Small but cozy place. Perfect location to walk to the beach or to get something to eat.

We’ve stayed near Siesta key before, but the experience was very different this time due to our host. Starting before we arrived, she made sure we would have what we needed for our staff, including a high chair and crib. During our stay she checked in regularly. It felt more like we were staying at a friends house than a rental.

Our stay was great. Having the Golf Cart was so handy we didn’t have to rent one. The house is nice and clean the bedding towels. Everything was nice and clean. We would definitely stay again.

This house is an absolute gem! It had everything that we (and our dogs) needed and more! There are so many wonderful spaces to relax in. We enjoyed the main room, screened in back porch, beautiful front courtyard, and sipped coffee in the back yard each morning by the canal. We also had a blast paddling out to the bay in the canoe! The host is super friendly and quick to respond. She has put a lot of nice touches on the property that we really appreciated. We had the best time here and would love to come back! Highly recommend a stay here!

Great location, beautiful sunrise, great fishing! My daughter cast out and within five minutes, caught a bass!!

We love this little cottage! The view from the back is phenomenal - we even saw a couple gators. The set up is so good for pets. The cottage has everything you need and the primary bed is more comfortable than a hotel bed. 10/10 and would def stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Canopy Cottage. This was our second year staying and loved it even more. Jami is an excellent host. We loved being close to the Legacy Trail to ride bikes and the sort drive to Siesta Key Beach! Would definitely stay again.

Grouper was a great cottage for a relaxing girls mini vaca! Walked over the bridge in the am for exercise, spent the day on the beach, afternoons drinking wine on the covered dock, and strolled to local restaurants for fresh fish dinners!! Perfect!!

Absolutely amazing place!!! 2 minute walk to the beach, spacious living area with a big open kitchen, stocked with everything you would need. The owners thought of every little detail! The gardens are the envy of the neighborhood and the spacious community area with the huge fountain is lovely. Very quiet, even with the post hurricane construction going on (at time of our visit they were still finishing up some of the units). We can’t wait to come back!

What a great place to stay. The house was very clean and felt right at home. Mark provides everything you need and is very responsive if you need anything. Plenty of towels and essential household items were stocked. The pool was amazing and he even has corn hole boards set up. The main strip of Siesta is a 2 minute walk away and the beach isn’t much further. I strongly recommend.

Kimberly was a great host and her place was wonderful! I stayed for 4 nights and didn't want to leave. I loved the area and that the pool was right across the parking lot. I stayed here alone and felt very safe the whole time. Everyone I came into contact with was very friendly. The house was very clean and had EVERYTHING I needed! I would stay here again and hope I get the chance to again.

Duane was an amazing host. In all the years we've been using Airbnb, he was the best. He was quick to respond and quick to resolve any issues. We can't praise him enough.

I really enjoyed this cute vintage bungalow… Great location near events I was attending… and the air conditioning worked great, bed comfortable and felt at home and would definitely recommend to other guests!

Our stay was very pleasant, the place was clean, and it matched the description in the booking ad. The kitchen was fully equipped, and all appliances worked. Bedrooms were spacious, we traveled with a 7-month-old baby, and the playpen fit, and the room was still very roomy. The air conditioner was nice and cold. Patrick checked in with us to ensure everything was going smoothly upon arrival, during our stay, and before checking out. I would stay in this place again. We loved it!

This was our 3rd time staying at Linda’s Cortez Cottage and had another wonderful stay! It is a perfect place for my husband and I to stay when we are in town. The cottage is clean, comfortable and we love the Cortez area. We enjoy walking to a couple of our favorite restaurants, Swordfish Grill and Starfish! Linda is a wonderful host and is very responsive. I highly recommend her cottage and we will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!
