Brian ist ein super Gastgeber und hat immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Es gab nur keinen ATM in der Nähe. Im März hat man den starken Wind laut in der Wohnung gehört Wir würden wieder kommen. 😊

Good and comfy apartment. Owner was friendly and able to communicate well in English. Recommended stay near the beach.

My partner and I stayed here for over a month and it was such a spacious and comfortable place for the both of us. We both needed a separate space to work and were so pleasantly surprised at how spacious this was for Da Nang. It's close to all of the great restaurants so you can walk, take a grab, or a short scooter ride. The beach is only two blocks away so the entire area is very walkable. The staff here were immensely friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything at all. We LOVED being greeted by their resident pet Nau. I missed my dog being away from home for so long so this was an unexpected and sweet touch. It made being away from him more palatable. The housekeeping were on top of cleaning the unit every few days and it was perfect for us. Just enough that the place was kept spotless and just enough so we didn't feel it was intrusive. We loved our place here at Louis Mo and would highly recommend this spot if you're considering visiting Da Nang! Thank you so much Nhat!

Great place. Literally on the beach. Hardly a minute walk. The stay was exactly as shown in the pictures. Note : The infinity pool and gym are at rooftop accessible at around 100000 VND.

It was a great oceanview location. Standing on the terrace, you could see the infamous flaming dragon and daily beach activities. My wife and I took Grab cabs to Vincom Mall and other local markets around Danang. So don't be afraid to explore. The local people and the foreigners were very friendly. Eventhough the foreign food was excellent, at times, we preferred to eat the local food, which was also excellent. We were going to go to Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi but decided to spend our three-month stay in Danang. Hoa's location was perfect because of the proximity to everything. We like Danang and will reach out to Hoa for availability next time in a few months.

房子非常漂亮，一家子住完全足够了。泳池也很干净，在二楼游泳的感觉很奇妙，正午下午也不会被晒到，但又没有室内的游泳池那么憋闷。房东人真的很好，有求必应，有问题马上就能给解决了，顶楼主卧空调异响也是隔天就给解决了。唯独有一点不好是房子正对面就有个新建的工地，入住那天我们问工作人员，她说工地施工到下午五点就会结束，实际上工人们每天都会工作到晚上七八点钟，早上也是五六点就开始工作了。因此建议睡眠不好、喜欢睡懒觉的朋友们谨慎选择（我们也没有想到越南工人竟然能这么敬业，劳动节假期期间还能不间断施工）。但我们还是度过了很愉快的家庭欢聚时光，感谢房东，提供了充足的设施和帮助。毕竟门口的施工也不是他能解决的，他已经尽力了！

Excellent view, great service and very good value for money

Rain is very nice person and very accommidative. We enjoyed our stay at Rain place.

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

We really enjoyed Brian's spacious flat. The pool and billiards area is stylish and attractive, a wonderful place to hang out. It was partially open to the outside but provided indoor privacy as well. The same can be said of the foyer outside the living room. It's nice to have some non air conditioned spaces for cooler days. The Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all air conditioned, spacious and luxurious, several with balconies. The showers are huge and superb. The immediate surroundings can seem a bit scruffy, as this area is experiencing a good deal of development, but the neighborhood is actually quite lively and charming and less impacted by tourism. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. You're just steps from the bay at the base of Son Tra, with its dazzling array of fishing boats. Finally, Brian provides two bicycles that we used everyday to explore Danang. Really, we had a great time at this flat and weren't ready to leave when our stay was up.

왜 평점이 5점이었는지 알 수 있었습니다. 처음에 여러 문제로 숙소가 변경되어 불안했지만, 숙소도 너무 깔끔하고 직원분도 너무 친절하고 조식도 훌륭하고 바베큐도 너무 좋았습니다. 흠잡을데 없는 숙소였습니다. 부모님과 아이들과 함께하는 여행이었는데 모두 만족했습니다. 최고입니다!

Hoi’s place was exactly as listed. Very clean and nice. She was very helpful and helped plan our trip to Ba Ha Hills and organised our transportation from there to Hoi An. Great experience and would stay there agains. Thank you for everything.

Die Unterkunft war super eingerichtet, vor allem sauber und es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Der Pool war schön, jedoch zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten sehr gut besucht, dadurch auch sehr laut. Sofern es ein Problem gab habe ich sofort eine Antwort bekommen. Zum erreichen von Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten braucht man ein Grab. Sofern das jemanden nicht stört ist die ruhig gelegene Unterkunft wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Logement impeccable! May a été serviable depuis le premier jour, elle s’est assurée que nous ne manquions de rien. Ce logement situé dans l’hôtel à la carte est connu de tous (Grab / Taxis) et est en bord de mer, facilement accessible à pied, près du dragon bridge. Le rapport qualité prix est très correct! Elle vous propose même un service nettoyage complet du logement compris dans le tarif. Merci encore May!!

호스트는 세심하게 출국전부터 필요한 부분을 잘 챙겨주었으며, 숙소에 머무는 순간에도 계속 잘 지내고 있는지 체크해주며 세심히 배려해주었습니다. 숙소 또한 사진과 같으며 너무 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 특히 30층에 위치해 있어서 전망이 좋았고 필요한 편의시설 또한 다 갖추어져있고, 호스트가 추천해준 쌀국수 식당도 너무 맛있었습니다. w마트와 A동 출입구 사이 골목에 있는 하얀색 건물의 술집 닭연골튀김도 너무 맛있었습니다. 다낭 첫 여행인데 너무 좋은 추억이었습니다. 감사합니다.
