Beautiful condo in a wonderful location. It was worth it to pay a little more for a beachfront condo in a gated community. The space has been nicely modernized with plenty of room for us and our three kids. Very well equipped for cooking, loads of soft towels and amazingly comfortable beds. We loved having a washer and dryer. Location to El Yunque, Luquillo Kiosks and Fajardo were great. We hiked in the rain forest, toured old San Juan, did a nighttime bio bay tour and ate several times at the Luquillo kiosks. Recommend dining at the tiki hut and roots walkable from the condo. Great hosts!

We loved our stay at the villa. The pool and hot tub were great and open till 10pm! It is not a far drive to the ceiba to take the ferry over to Vieques or Culebra. Also very close to the Marina in Fajardo to take a water taxi over to Cayo Icacos. Everything was very clean in the Villa, bed was comfy and the views are beautiful.

More or less as described. Comfy beds and furniture. We particularly enjoyed the balcony space, the proximity to the beaches and El Yunke National Forest. My only niggle is it took us a couple tries to determine which compound we were actually in which was El Yunke something. It was Ocean something and Signature Service but never El Yunke anything. And there are several very similar groups of buildings next door. But it’s a small thing! Really enjoyed our stay.

Sebastian was a friendly responsive host. Unfortunately, we had 2 power outages while staying there which I know are not Sebastian’s fault. Perhaps, a recommendation I can make is a backup inverter for the apartment. The location was nice. Not too much to do locally. We went to Carabalí and it was an ok experience. We did travel to the west side of the island Rincón, crash boat beach and had a great time there. I would recommend Sebastian’s home. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The accommodations were command clean and very convenient to El Yunque. The best of all though was the spectacular view from our living room!

We had a great stay at this spacious, nicely decorated apartment in a super convenient location. As a penthouse unit, the rooftop terrace was a huge bonus—perfect for kicking back and relaxing. Everything was clean and thoughtfully stocked—we especially appreciated the little extras like toiletries, beach gear (towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler), and the s’mores kit! It’s a walk-up (four short flights) and conveniently close to the pool and basketball/tennis courts. The kitchen had everything we needed (just note there’s no dishwasher), and the beds in the master and second bedrooms were very comfy. Restaurants, grocery stores, and nearby towns like Luquillo and Fajardo were all an easy drive away. There was a power outage our first night (island-wide), and while there’s no generator, the flashlights and candles helped until power returned a few hours later. Jose was always super responsive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Ocean Villas at Rio Mar was wonderful. It’s directly next to the Wyndham Hotel - convenient for restaurant and spa. Unit was bright, clean with nice touches like a small tray on the dresser for jewelry and a sealed unopened can of cookies for snacking. All the consumables you need-paper towel, laundry soap, dish soaps, coffee, toothpaste shampoo, conditioner, soaps, aloe gel, hair dryer, tissues, tp. Pools were sparkling clean and we never had an issue getting a chair under an umbrella. View of the pools and beach from the unit was amazing. Bedding was comfortable. Plenty of towels for bath and beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach and pool toys, and cooler chest at the unit. AC unit (mini-split) in each room kept the place cool. Minuses Power-the unit has a bright lantern and several flashlights. Wyndham-security guards their pools from entry and are suspicious when you try to go to restaurant. Rio Mar - it’s spread out with too many gates. Do your research. Ocean villas is great!

An absolutely beautiful gem on the way to the rainforest and located in an area close to everything. The kitchen and entire unit had so many personable amenities that were beyond expectations, it truly felt like a home away from home while on vacation. Hector was very responsive and friendly, even late at night when I had questions for a local recommendation. Would most definitely book again, thank you Hector!

Thank you Sonia for a wonderful stay! Your warm welcome and quick responses made everything so smooth. The coffee machine, came in handy. The house has so many other amenities besides the AMAZING views all around. House was very clean. We also appreciated the helpful local recommendations. Nearby is El Yunque Rainforest, Richie’s restaurant and Kiosk. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was lovely! Super private and peaceful and they thought of everything! Absolutely beautiful and clean and relaxing. Plenty of fun local things to do and great food in surrounding areas. The host was super responsive to any inquiries or requests. Highly recommended and definitely will stay here again. Due to great experience with Daly’s I am considering another one of her properties for a future trip. Thank you for a wonderful time! The place is neat and clean and exactly like the photos.

This place is a hidden gem…. I love it so so much from the privacy the home offers to the neighbors being so friendly… felt like home away from home…. Luquillo kiosk only 8 mins away amazing time to have drinks and food…. Down the street by our air bnb coconuts and pinchos $4 bucks amazing experience

Definitely a great place to stay. A 3-5 minute walk to luquillo beach and kiskos. Lots to eat and drink there without having to travel a ton. The place is simple, neat, easy to find and parking was private and effortless. We arrived at 1:30am and it was as simple as we hoped being that we had a delay in our flight and everything was dark and rainy out. Definitely a great experience and will go back! Definitivamente un gran lugar para alojarse. A 3-5 minutos a pie de la playa de Luquillo y Kiskos. Mucho para comer y beber allí sin tener que viajar mucho. El lugar es sencillo, limpio, fácil de encontrar y el aparcamiento era privado y sin esfuerzo. Llegamos a la 1:30 a. m. y fue tan simple como esperábamos, ya que tuvimos un retraso en nuestro vuelo y todo estaba oscuro y lluvioso. ¡Definitivamente una gran experiencia y volveré!

This place was phenomenal!!! First of all, I don’t know if there is a better location that places you directly adjacent to all of the best excursions in and around the Rainforest. We were a 4min drive from Carabali Rainforest Adventure park where there’s horseback riding, ATVs, go carts and even a restaurant. We were a 7min drive from the meeting point for El Yunque zip lining, the BEST way to view the rain forest and 10mins to Luquillo beaches and restaurants. Secondly, the property is amazing. Chip and Joanna Gaines would love this house. The aesthetics of the interior are “farmhouse chic.” it felt like high and luxury, but still very close to the natural element. I would The views of the mountains and rainforest from the pool, the Master bedroom, the kitchen and the back patio are breathtaking. Each day our children as well as those of our travel companions wanted to head back early enough to enjoy the house and to have dinner together. PERFECT end to our PR vacation!!!

The house was just as the described, if not better. The photo of the view from the patio and pool doesn’t quite do it justice as you have a great view of the island, part of the rainforest and out onto the water. The house is a great location to sightseeing and visiting all the island has to offer. The house had all the amenities and more you could ask for. Olivia did a great job with communication and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

Our family loved our "home away from home" in Puerto Rico! Nathan's home was so charming, with tons of ambiance adjacent to the National Forest and rainforest. The neighborhood felt safe, private, yet within minutes of so many activities and grocery stores, shops, etc. It is the perfect oasis - with chickens, coquis, and birds as the soundtrack of the jungle! The house itself had a fantastic layout and every amenity and detail you could hope for. The outdoor shower was an absolute highlight, but the beds were fantastic, appliances were top notch, and it was so well stocked with anything we needed to cook dinner or enjoy a day at the beach! We also happened to be in PR during an island wide power outage and the generator was seamless. Can't recommend this home enough!

Looks exactly like the photos. Phenomenal views of both the beach and rainforest. There are 3 balconies (yes 3!) the one right off the kitchen was my favorite, bc it’s an end unit, you can see the ocean if you turn your head one way and beautiful rainforest/mountains if you turn it the other, zero obstructions. The pool on the property was well-monitored and the building staff enforce wristbands (diff color daily) to make sure non-residents don’t use the amenities. Never a risk of not getting chairs. We took two different trips to the rainforest bc it’s conveniently located about 10 min away (horse back riding, ATVs, GoKarts, restaurant) they have something for everyone there. Ample restaurants in the area. This was the first AirBnB in which I will likely go back, it checked all the boxes. The host was incredible and responsive. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable, nice location, nice pool, beautiful beaches in the area. Luis was very responsive and recommended nice places.

We loved our stay and would definitely stay again. Pills were big and never crowded, lots of beach to roam, close to to el Yunque, Luquillo beach, etc.

I had a great week at David and Anthony’s condo. They were excellent hosts and always quick to respond with any questions or concerns. The complex is quiet and secluded and the beach is excellent. It’s clean and safe and very family friendly. It is a short drive to many nice restaurants and stores. It’s also a great location for day trips such as El Yunque, Old San Juan, or the ferry terminal to Culebra. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Puerto Rico. And I would recommend Anthony and David’s place for any couple or small family.

We had a great time at Lydia’s place. We had plenty of space, it was very clean, golf cart was great addition, and great views! The king bed was very comfortable. We would definitely come back !

One of our favorite AirBnB stays ever. Wonderfully decorated and incredibly clean. The apartment felt like home immediately. Had possibly the best-stocked kitchen and linen closet I've ever seen. One of our biggest fears going into an Airbnb is always the depth of cleaning, some only look clean at the surface, and a few hours in, the truth begins to surface. But this place was seriously well kept, no dust, no significant signs of insects or other bugs (impressive for P.R.). Besides this, it was beautifully styled. My family loved it all, the tv was huge, easy access to key streaming apps and the view from he balcony was nice. While it isn't our favorite location (not much within walking distance), we enjoyed it so much we could totally see ourselves coming back and simply driving to beaches rather than risk a lower quality stay closer to the beach. The quality is worth it.

The hotel, grounds, restaurant and coffee bars were all amazing. Staff super friendly and helpful. The location is nice as it’s close to San Juan, El Yunque, etc, but not in an overly touristy area. Plenty of entertainment on site with pools, corn hole, ping pong, basketball hoops, Bon fire. The beds were very clean and comfortable. Great location for a couple or a family stay. The only thing to be aware of is that pictures and description are from a stock of photos. The actual room you are slotted is chosen at the time of your arrival.
