Maltepe: soggiorni in alloggi con lavatrice e asciugatrice

Spent a week here. It's in the heart of Kadikoy. The street is full of small taverns and coffee shops with one on the ground floor. There are many great places to eat and have a drink. With the AC running at night, I didn't hear any street noise. It's a seven minute walk to the ferries and Metro, easy to get around. The studio had everything I needed. I would stay again. I’ve rented many Airbnb homes over the years, both in Turkey and abroad, but I can confidently say that this was by far the best place I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was absolutely perfect and thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable stay. The location is amazing — right in the heart of Kadıköy, close to everything you might need. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the host’s very clear and detailed instructions. The cleanliness was impeccable. Towels, bed linens, and pillowcases were fresh, clean, and smelled great. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need — from pots and pans to plates, glasses, and utensils — all of excellent quality. I truly felt at home. The host has thought of every little detail to ensure the comfort and convenience of their guests. Hosts like this are rare to find. I honestly questioned why I had been staying in hotels during all my previous visits to Kadıköy. From now on, this will be my first choice without a doubt.

Great location...the apartment is very clean and has everything you need...the wifi is excellent...there is a carrefour in the same building and also a cafe...the security is high...the host was very helpful in everything and quick to respond...I highly recommend this apartment and will come back again

Fabulous stay at this great modern apartment - responsive friendly hosts, easy access! Felt really safe in a really vibrant area - bedrooms were at the back and had great double glazing front and back enduring we slept very well! The high standard of linens plus the furniture & bathroom and kitchen were exceptional - would definitely highly recommend and would return ourselves without hesitation!

We really enjoyed staying at Oya's house. It was very authentic and the hosts are super nice and very helpful. The area is nice and calm but very close to the tourist things. We also used maps that were hand made and left in the house and it was a really great experience too 🙂

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Peaceful and comfortable accommodation with amazing views and all the creature comforts. An excellent base for exploring Istanbul by ferry or bus, with nice cafes nearby. Can recommend using a delivery service (we used Getir) to get groceries in.

This was our second time staying at the little white house, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family reunion — we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of charm, with plenty of great cafes, bars, and shops nearby, and the Bosphorus just a short walk away. Suha and his team are incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The value for what you get is truly impeccable. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you again for being such a thoughtful host.

Great stay in the heart of the city right next to Taksim. Easy to find, just a short climb away from the main attractions. The apartment is well fitted with everything one might need, is clean and has an airy feel. Since it is in quite a central location it might have a bit of noise background but otherwise perfect for most visitors.

The host is very kind and friendly, the house is exactly as it is in the photos. I am very, very satisfied.

A beautifully laid out and well equipped apartment in a great location - an easy walk to shops and Galata tower. I particularly enjoyed the spacious and bright lower ground floor bedroom. We had made an error in arriving on 1st May and government restrictions on the area made it a challenge to get to the apartment. Dilek was efficiently responsive, very helpful and supported us as much as was possible. As part of a group of 25 in Istanbul for a birthday celebration we were able to see many apartments booked by others and Dileks one was the best by far!

The place was very tidy and cozy! It was sparkling clean which is always a priority for me - clean kitchen, clean bathroom, clean sheets. The host is very helpful and responsive - replies almost instantly. There are Starbucks and a grocery store next to the building. And last but not least - we happened to visit during an earthquake and the building was very stable! I absolutely recommend this apartment and the host!

El departamento de Ugur es como lo que muestran las fotos, amplio y funcional. Los muebles cómodos. La decoración neutra y minimalista. Sábanas y toallas blancas de buena calidad. Los baños con buena presión de agua, aunque falto shampoo y enjuague como se anunciaba. Por suerte el departamento era interno, evitando ruidos y música siendo la estancia muy tranquila. Ubicado a 6 cuadras de la plaza taksim, que te permite ir a todas las atracciones de la ciudad. Gracias Ugur y Omer.
