The unit was clean and well-appointed; it was cool inside despite the extreme heat outside at the time of our trip. We liked the community at Satori; there’s lots of space and facilities to use. Joed was a wonderful host; we appreciate his prompt responses. We enjoyed our stay here.

I booked this listing for 3 days and 2 nights to spend time alone and recharge. The building is accessible to public transportation and walking distance to commercial establishments in Timog. You have everything you need right within your reach. The unit is as advertised with fast and reliable internet connection perfect for freelancers/WFH. Drinking water is provided. The host went extra mile when I asked for indoor slippers. Their instructions are easy to understand and are very responsive. Overall, staying here feels like home, you feel like a visiting friend with your hosts who make you feel like you're part of the family. Highly recommended. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We stayed here for a week and this place is awesome, it's modern, clean, quiet and very peaceful. The location is great, few minutes drive to town proper of Santa Maria. Our host was very accommodating and communicates with us throughout our stay. I definitely will stay here again and again. My hat's off to Ramon our host.

Another standout feature is how fresh and pleasant the place smells, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. Lastly, the host is very accommodating and ensures a smooth and pleasant stay. My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

Everything you might need is provided, from kitchenware and dining essentials to bathroom supplies. All you have to do is relax and enjoy your stay. Every bedroom, along with the dining and living areas, is air-conditioned for maximum comfort. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and mamon—such a sweet touch! I appreciate Maria's efforts in accommodating my short stay. The peacefulness of her place matched my preference. The place was also spotless and easy to access. I wish to stay longer the next time I plan on having a relaxing weekend with my friends.

Booked the place in such a short notice—messaged the host 15 hrs prior to check in time; was pre-approved, then paid the rent an hour before check in time. All with ease and clear communication. The place is just as in the pictures provided. Rooms are big and have their own bathroom with heater. The nipa hut was clean and didn’t need a fan (although it was provided); it was very spacious. The pool has the same height in any area and may be a bit chlorinated but very understandable. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. Will recommend this place with no hesitation.

Beautifully presented apartment with easy access to lots of amenities and onward travel. The hosts were wonderful and quickly responded to all queries in a friendly and instructive manner. I used the pool facilities during our stay and they were perfectly clean and well maintained, as is the whole complex. Would recommend 100%. Patrick's a great host, he responded quickly to my queries. My family loved the place, just as how it was listed, everything's there! Easy self check in, spacious and aesthetic place, AC's working well. We also cooked in the place and all the utensils are complete. Plus points for the karaoke and ps3 haha. We also enjoyed the free access to the swimming pool. He also let us check in early! Overall, we had a wonderful stay, one of the best places I stayed in a while. Thank you po again, sir Patrick! :)

We really liked the ambiance of the place. Having cooking appliances made our stay more convenient, and the nearby restaurants gave us options for when we didn’t feel like cooking. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back again in the future.

Nice for staying this unit

Overall, this place is best for family or barkada outing! You no longer need to bring anything cos everything is in the condo already! We even left some of our condiments to so other users can use it as well in the future. The room is so cold, a lot of fans, netflix, the good sound from speakers, to kitchenwares, everything - perfection! +1000 for the massage chair that my friends enjoyed! Thanks to Julia for being accomodating! Will definitely recommend this to everyone.
