The location is great, close to everything. Really clean home, felt very homey. Plenty of room. Nicely decorated. Jessica communicates well and was very honest about the condition of the home. There was a small issue from a previous guest and wasn’t able to be fixed prior to our stay and she made sure to tell me about them before she booked us even though the items were not a big deal at all. I appreciated that. I can’t wait to come back again and will tell my friends and family about this nice location.

Lena is an amazing host. Very helpful and communicative. Her apartment is spacious, well equipped, with every thing you need. Great kitchen, laundry inside and great little balcony. The complex has a reasonable size gym with everything you need for a work out. It’s has sauna, a large pool and hot tub. The apartment is very close 200 m walking distance to restaurants and groceries stores. The Maria is 300 m away. Venice beach pier is a nice walk and Lincoln blvd has every thing you need on it. Lincoln blvd makes it easily accessible to every part of Los Angeles. Great apartment and stay

The host(s) of this place was amazing and very flexible and reasonable with accommodations. I appreciate the hospitality and the place was just as great as described in the listing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would love to stay there in the future.

Very nice neighborhood. Walking distance to Spectrum Center with everything there. Parking is very easy. Jay is very responsive. I asked for some extra quilt in the morning, which are ready in the afternoon already. Really enjoyed my stay there.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was cute, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. Great place, great experience - so great that I extended my stay multiple times, I was in no rush as this unit quickly felt like home. The perfect balance of necessities for an enjoyable stay: a very clean apartment, a quiet neighborhood, plenty of natural light through wall-to-wall glass sliders with a great view, a nice back porch and seating area, ample space for living and working, a beautifully renovated kitchen that is well equipped, comfortable furniture, and all the necessities for an extended stay. In addition, Michael (Ming) was a gracious host and was always available but never intrusive. While it is rare to find just a few of these attributes, with everything needed to make you feel right at home, this is a rare find and a hidden gem. I highly recommend these accommodations to anyone visiting for any length of time, but especially for an extended stay.

I cannot say enough about my stay here. I stayed here while being displaced from the LA fires and it has been a home away from home during one of the hardest times of my life. Laura is so kind and generous—she did not price gauge at a time when many are. The location in Santa Monica is totally central and a great place to stay if you are visiting LA. Her place is fantastic. Super quiet, very comfortable bed, amazing kitchen to cool and the shower is EVERYTHING. I will always be grateful to Laura and my time here. She couldn’t be a better host 🙏💗.

I try to avoid staying in hotels, especially for longer trips. This place turned out to be the perfect alternative. The neighborhood is quiet and has a peaceful, residential feel that made it easy to relax. The home itself is comfortable and spacious. Having a designated parking spot right in front was a huge convenience! Paris is a wonderful host—very responsive, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay and would definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Amazing place with an amazing host! Check in and check out was a breeze. The place itself is super comfortable and located in a perfect spot. Had everything we needed and a fantastic view. It was walking distance to the waterline, our convention, and plenty of restaurants and places to things. Will definitely be booking for next convention!

Great place in West Hollywood, close to many of the touristy places. Street is busy but no issues with navigation. We enjoyed the pool and sauna.

I had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The space was super cute, cozy, and looked exactly like the photos. It was very clean, with clear instructions for check-in and an easy checkout process. The place felt private, had great amenities, and the overall aesthetic was beautiful! I was really happy with the vibe. The only thing that caught me off guard was the gardener situation. While Charity did let me know they’d be coming sometime between 11 AM and 3 PM and mentioned they’d only stay for a couple of minutes, they ended up staying closer to 20 minutes. At one point, I thought they had finished and left, but they came back unexpectedly. I was also under the impression they’d be on the side of the house, but they came into the backyard where the outdoor bathtub and sauna is, without any entry warning. It just made things feel a little less private during that window of time. That being said, everything else about my stay was truly great, and I’d still recommend !

We loved our stay at the Magical Treehouse. Our family was displaced by the Eaton fire and we needed a private, peaceful place to bring home our new baby boy, and I was so happy to have booked Brian's place. The house is comfy and well-stocked, the neighborhood is super walkable with friendly neighbors, and the view is absolutely unreal. We're also close to a bunch of great LA neighbors and some really restaurants and coffee shops. Brian was responsive and friendly, too.

Wonderful inviting home. Host thought of nearly everything you could ever need in a home away from home. Felt like a kid again with all of the arcade games also. Host was responsive with any questions we had prior to and during our stay. Will definitely book again when we travel to the west coast!

We only spent one night at Megan's home, but it was very comfortable for our family, had all of the amenities we needed (including AC on an extremely hot day), and was very clean. She is a great host--warm, communicative, and helpful. Highly recommend! We would definitely stay there again.

I’m not sure I can actually put into words how special this house is. Tucked away in a very private spot high in the hills, Alison & Brad’s home is better than even the fabulous pictures show. From the hugely helpful and friendly communication from Alison before our arrival, to the gorgeous welcome basket and plentiful extra touches all around the house, to the awe inspiring views and the amazing gardens and pool, we couldn’t have ended our 3 week Californian holiday in a better place! The beds were beyond comfortable, the amenities second to none and the general air of total calm and serenity was perfect. Our 11 and 9 year old girls didn’t leave the pool for a whole day so 12 out of 10 from them! England will be very dull in comparison!!

Nima's place is spacious and beautiful with thoughtful design touches throughout. The master bedroom is huge with a door to the back patio and includes a sauna which was a fun bonus. Multiple outdoor spaces for relaxing and dining. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a girl's weekend away. Highly recommended!
